All I can say is that Dawnguard is definitely not.
Heartfire you shouldn't need for the PC 
Can't say much about Dragonborn, i've heard it has its annoying problems but that it's the best DLC so far (not saying much either since dawnguard sucked so hard).

Okay so I started the mission "Innocence Lost", I made my way down to Riften, which by the way is an utter nightmare in my game (insta killing bears, dragons, sabercats and some necros that shoot icepikes) Anyway, I finally arrive, but being just an average adventurer who's not particularly sneaky I was caught during my quest for justice. Suffice to say that the ensuing chaos resulted in a lot of dead orphans. I feel bad....

Couple of months ago I was on the search for a sword that I can call excalibur, to no avail. But today, just randomly searching for some lore-friendly light armours I happened on this. (it's all sexy)
The sword fits the bill and nicely detailed, but way too bright. My 'casual' knight errant uses this:

I loved armours like that in Oblivion but Skyrim just feels too rough for that kinda chivalry ^^

Though that armour is indeed awe inspiring, I just can't play with heavy armours anymore. Mostly since I travel a lot, and tends to break immersion, even with requiem. I was using the silver dragon armour, but after walking from whiterun to Windhelm, it's become unbearable. TT

Equally stunning: In particular Solitude.
Might add some of them as heroes for my ICTC

You actually don't need to be sneaky whenever you kill Greta or whatever the hell her name is. Just walk up and power attack her in the face. The kids or the brunette won't report you or anything. You can just walk out and everything is peachy.

What annoys me is that if you TRY to be sneaky...say by sneaking and downing Invisibility potions whenever you risk being seen...everyone knows you did it anyway.
Also, am I the only one who winces whenever the (really really loud) secret door to the Thieves' Guild opens or closes?
