In my opinion, TES games are among the most overrated ones ever.

It's the modding that makes these games truly shine.
Nevertheless, they do have a "holy **** epic!" effect when you play them for the first time, it's only after analysis that the glaring issues become evident, and guess what? At that time your steam already counts 100 hours played ^^
I love them, but I enjoyed the style of Oblivion more than Skyrim and their recent choices confuse... particularly showing all countries in Elder Scrolls Online... way to screw up the impact of later TES... we've already seen the architecture and nature and **** by then.

Its a matter of difrent tastes in games from person to person.
Skyrim is AWESOME, even the vanilla skyrim with endless bugs is AWESOME!!

Vanilla skyrim is alright, but once you start modding it it becomes 1000 times better, I can never go back to vanilla skyrim.
As for Oblivion, I liked the atmosphere much better, I actually wanted to explore in that game. Watching the sun set behind anvil (while being little north of Valenwood) was ****ing epic.

It's much easier to implement in Skyrim then it was for FO:NV. My guy is really ugly though. Downloading some warp spell mods.
The game could use more bound weapons, and the protoss blade is sexy. :3
Edit: The mod looks ****ing beautiful with the PB

I could watch the sheathing animation from that animation mod all day. Feels so damn good to finish a fight with that style ^^

Checked out SkyRe and it does look pretty cool, I like all of the changes.
Will probably have to uninstall pretty much everything to get it working though... not too much work with NMM but eh... dunno if I wanna go through all that.
The Necromantic aspect of Conjuration sounds especially interesting... gathering bones and stuff.

Omg, I had immersive weapons installed for the longest time, but I never actually used anything out of it since I never knew what was in it, Jesus H. Christ at the amount of sexy weapons.

Mhm, that's Insanity's collection ain't it? Used most of his mods at one time or another.
I especially like his Dragonbane, looks sexy as **** with Dragon Knight armour.

Ah no it's Hoth's stuff. It's ok, I enjoy his armours more ^^

Uninstalled everything for a fresh start.
Will begin with SkyRe and and then work my way from there. I'm a bit excited actually, will probably spend a million hours on the Nexus pimping the game out again ^^
Tweaking the game is as much fun if not more so than playing it.
EDIT:
*after 5 minutes of browsing the Nexus after complete reinstall*
Can't... play... without these...

How long did it take for you to uninstall all the mods? I've got hundreds, each with varying time requirement for uninstall.

Took me 10 minutes I think, just pressed delete on everyone in NMM ^^ Think I had about 100ish too. Yeah I could probably just have wiped the folders.
Dunno about the DLC, I just bought them both right now because so many mods require them.

The timed blocking with shield spells in SkyRE is making me attracted to the idea of a spellsword for the first time in well... ever.
Hey Ivor, you're pretty experienced with this mod... what class of weaponry do Bound Swords go under?
