Not yet no, or I wouldn't have mentioned it. I got the same level of schizophrenia from Talen-Jei in my last play-through after that quest, but I haven't done anything nice to them this time to warrant the positive reaction, just the negative.
(As an aside, I still wonder what they must have been thinking after that.

I had a theory what was happening and I performed a quick test with an autosave, and it seems to have worked.
First, a little background: I have a mod off the Steam Workshop called Bandolier - Bags and Pouches (which incidentally I highly recommend). And as I mentioned before I robbed Delphine and killed the thugs Orgnar sent after me, so now I have Dark Brotherhood assassins showing up to kill me every now and then.
This is relevant because the mod adds a special Dark Brotherhood bandolier, and that bandolier is a drop on the assassins that come to kill you. I'm avoiding crafting this playthrough and I can always use extra carry weight, so I of course grabbed one and equipped it.
Dreldyn (my Dunmer) with Dark Brotherhood Bandolier equipped -> free clothes for "Hatchling of the heart!"
Dreldyn without Dark Brotherhood Bandolier equipped -> "You again! What in blazes do you want?"
So...no wonder Keerava wasn't impressed by the Thieves' Guild initially.  My only question now is has anyone else observed this reaction with normal (non-mod) DB gear? It's going to be a little while before I have Dreldyn shank Grelod and join up myself.
Edit:
I lured a Frost Troll into a Thalmor patrol (I'm still kind of squishy and low-level to take them on myself) and looted lots of armor off them afterwards.  Easy money!

Finished Taste of Death this time. I wish I'd known you can kill Eola outside of Reachcliff Cave on my first playthrough, if I had I'd have done that rather than clean out the Draugr and just leave it hanging.

Finally got a rig that can run something besides LoL, super meat boy, BoI and Don't Starve. Remembering Morrowind, I decided to play a dunmer, rather than a redguard or imperial this time. Also remembering magic actually was viable in this version of the game, I decided to become a wizard. I named myself Dagoth Gares, because Sixth House is best house.
And I am going through it. I started with a high difficulty, but getting one shot often (and meeting Falmer in Dwemer ruins were the straw that broke the camel's back for me) made me lower it to like... Second-lowest difficulty. I'll continue specialising in all the magicky stuff and enchanting and alchemy.
Currently got the "stronger dragons" mod, because I ouldn't find the "deadly dragons" one and the "kill kids" one, because I'm a terrible person and going through the vailla game mostly. Dragons are still pansies.

Deadly Dragons and its goddamn Storm Dragons... every time I play a Dovahkiin character I rush to get Ethereal shout just so I might survive if I run into one

If anyone here played Morrowind and Oblivion, how is Skyrim compared to? I was thinking about purchasing the game, is it rich in replayability, are there interesting mods as for previous sequels?
I liked Morrowind the most because the world was huge and so much to do. Oblivion had better graphics but less interesting.

At first it feels like just another game but it is straight addicting.
I never played oblivion. Morrowind is a decent game, but it hardly holds a light to skyrim.
I do miss the inventory display and the skill system. Skills in Skyrim are similar but you wont get levels from Jump, running, swimming, etc etc. Although the blacksmithing, potion making, enchantment system, is better in my opinion. + The world is huge and immense, but there is a simple "fast travel" option so you wouldnt have to run for 10-20 minutes just to get to a few merchants, or whatever else you need to run around for.
The quests are more interesting as well.

You'll probably roll two characters and use them to finish everything in the game.
Then you'll start with the mods and there will be no end to it.

I find limiting myself to just using carriages to fast travel around very immersive. Thought it would be annoying but you get to see so much stuff on the way that it's quite fun.
...assuming of course that you've skipped the dragons or modified their rate of appearance somewhat, or otherwise you'll slay dragons non-stop going from place to place.
"I thought dragons were extinct!" OH REALLY? I KILLED 20 OF THEM ON THE WAY HERE. MY BREATH IS DRAGON, MY WEAPON IS DRAGON, MY ARMOR IS DRAGON, I'M EFFING TRIPPING DRAGONS OVER HERE.

Money is to easy once I realized the power of alchemy.
When I put giants toe / wheat for a 1000+ GP valued potion, then realized I can simply add an ingredient and have potions with multiple effects, it was a wrap. I could clear out a towns GP with little to no struggle.
Blacksmith / pick pocketing up to 100, a little bit to easy. It feels to easy to max out my character before getting much else accomplished. I am sporting enchanted ebony self made so quick I dont even feel like making the dragon stuff yet.
With RPGs I tendd to grind a few levels ahead of the next parts of the game. So my natural self preparation instincts in a game like this has led me to being way over powered in a few days.
It is still a great game though. Oh I am not really complaining so far. My only complaint is it feels like constant encumbrance / inventory control.

You can make unencumbrance potions.
And there are a number of static chests, cupboards, etc. to leave your extra stuff at. Your house being the best choice but the chest at the old geezers stairs is one such chest.
Leveling your misc skills should actually make the game harder due to level scaling but whatever.

Would there be an advantage to running this on a better 360 than the 4GB?
Using soul stealing ebony axe to improve my enchantment and make gold in the process. Will probably hit 100 Enchant before I have to figure out how to recharge it. I add health recharge to armor tops, and fortify sneak otherwise archery to the rest. And Turn undead to the weapons. These are the highest valued enchantments I have at the moment. (have to disenchant my paralization and health absorption to know its value though) This can add well to the price of non stolen goods on top of alchemy.
My method may have to change though. Gold is hardly important anymore, and regular inventory management results in wealth but it is frustrating. I have loads of stolen gear in my house waiting for merchant 100.
Level scaling... Seems balanced for me, giants can blast me into the air if I a hit just right, vampires are a challenge, but for the most part I 1 hit standard raiders and what not. I have neglected magic outside of about 40 points between mainly destruction and restoration. (Not to mention the enchanting at 75ish now).
Okay I normally don't come in rambling about my game tactics, but here we are.

You need to have a pretty beefy PC to take advantage of the faster load times and better graphics.
But when you get down to mods...there's no end to them.

In-game journal for your character
Has been done earlier but has been awfully inconvenient and buggy, this one uses MCM menus.
Write your own diary, record useful alchemy recipes you happen upon, write reminders for yourself etc.
Looks pretty neat.

Ooh nice, down the line I've had dozens of characters, sometimes I built them exactly the same as the last one and the only reason I restarted, is because I got "disconnected" from what I was doing and whatnot, so I think that this journal thing is absolutely fantastic, adding to the immersion so well, especially for me since I tend to take rather long breaks from Skyrim. Plus this will give me something to do besides drink and **** after I set camp, just sit down on a wooden block and write in the journal while periodically peering at my companions.

Well I didn't think I would start over but vampirism , unfed, and a switch of game versions has almost forced me to.
To many dead hostiles ;|
I imagine enough people have complained about lack of in game info with what to do when contracting the first stage.
Fresh start kind of interesting anyways

It's a disease like any other. Can be cured like any other too.
I should play a vampire character really, haven't done one in skyrim yet. Even though I have dawnguard.
