It's a damn good list of mods for graphical enchancement(and essential fixes) . A couple UI and other fixes too. But graphics is the main point. If you know how to mod a game, you can just pick and choose the ones you like and change the world competely.

A total addict like me keeps up with everything that is cool and have it tracked on the Nexus anyway 
But yeah they do list cool stuff, the UI section in particular is useful since that can be a pretty confusing thing to set up.

I'm a stubborn fool who also likes supporting the Nexus so I use NMM.
I do a lot of manual archive building before installing to make things neat though.
Wrye is apparently the **** but I can't be bothered. My game works. Mostly. Stop judging me.

I used NMM since it had that nifty self-upgrade mods feature.
Then I tried installing stuff and it couldn't handle loose files and MEH.

Never dared use any self-updating, feels like I lose control completely
I effing hate the "your mod is outdated" symbols in NMM, I never feel at peace until it's all up to date and clean o____O
Handles loose files well for me, just gotta be a bit nifty about it sometimes cuz some mod makers dunno what they're doing or simply don't care about NMM create data -> textures -> characters folders for the archives manually etc.

Wrye is nifty since I can do everything in it, BOSS, batched patches, SKSE, custom loose files, etc.
Only needed other tools for cleaning dirty edits.
I remember NMM messed up and couldn't keep track of all my mods so I was forced to do a reinstall of everything. Thank god for keeping a packed 7z file with a clean install of different stages. Just extract and voila! Saved me so many hours of work I don't even want to think about it. 100 mods by hand would have been T_T.

I only use the Steam Workshop. Every time I try getting something off the Nexus someone tries to hack my e-mail. >_>

The lone chicken that witnessed it was afraid for its own safety so it travelled to Riften where it had family. The horse that reported the murder by the dovahkiin in whiterun also resides there.

Speaking of which cannibalism seems to have no real downsides in this game. One could feel guilty killing the innocent Velascos guy (whats his face) and morals might be at question but...
Is there any in game reason to say cannibalism is a bad idea? The healing/regenerative properties would say otherwise, that it's a good thing.

Also, the criminal system starts making less and less sense in games where the world tries to be more dynamic.
"It looks like this person has been dragonshouted to death."
"Also we have reports that the Dovahkin has been seen entering the city before his death. He hasn't entered the inn and pretty much waited 8 hours, ramrod stiff in front of this person's house. He was then seen leaving the city."
"Dammit, Bob, who could have committed this crime most heinous?"
Like, the guards know who I am (they keep pestering me about my alchemy) so why wouldn't they think to question me whenever a murder happens after I entered the city and didn't even go throught the trouble of resting at an inn/ pretending I don't have any other business at said city and then leaving after I killed.

Well to be fair, there are a LOT of thieves out there who:
1.) Are willing to accost the walking incarnation of the gods' will, by themselves, without any attempt to sneak up on said incarnation or pick their pockets without them noticing and
2.) Do not recognize their Guildmaster on sight.
So the guards only have to be smarter than that.
