Alright, faction time (Yes, I know that I got the top of the page again ) I'm guessing that the H6 format will be something along these lines...

Name: Ignatus
Terrain: Magma/ Lava. Hellish environment.
"What are you now, brother?" - Elven general's last words.
Race, for the most part: Elves
Emblem: A burning tree
Capitol: Shul-Shara, the place where the Tree of Life once stood.
Core belief: The strong rule and chance is for the weak. We will take our future and shape it how WE want to!

History:

There have been more than just the Dark and Light elves. After the first eclipse wars, the demons had left a lasting impression on many of the surviving elves, most negative. But some became converts. These elves were from both sects and they were the ones who framed the Dark elves for the crime of burning down the tree of life.

Durring the ensuing chaos of the Elves war, these cultists quickly buried themselves into the roots of the great tree, attempting to create portals for their masters to come through and making the environment as close to the Demons' own plane to add the chaos factor into breaking to order of their master's prison.

And now, after so many years, these demonically enhanced elves have finally given up. They have split from their demonic masters and have instead turned to the darker chaotic arts that the demons had promised would give them power. They call themselves the Blood  Elves, and barely remember what order and good are. These elves have both the traits of their heritage and the demons (Burning skin and horns in some cases). They believe in the power of the individual and chaos, harnessing both into a primal power that breaks through any defenses. For these reasons more than anything, the Blood elves have split from the demons, believing themselves to be stronger then their former masters and thus more worthy to rule.

And they just might be able to pull it off. Their numbers have grown while they locked themselves away from the world and the Blood elves have many allies to call upon, not the least of which is the Faceless and Spawns of Chaos left over from the raw magic that was created during the birth of Asha and Urgash.

Religion:

None. There is no God who would accept them, because they equally reject every God. their power comes from Chaos, nothing more.

Faction hero name: Scion of chaos.
Appearance: Think of an evilly glowing elf without a mount and then add in a ball of fire and darkness in front of each hand. Neither hand is held up.
Hero build: Attack, knowledge, spell power, defense
Unique Faction skill: Chaos control
-Basic: Luck and moral events occur 5% more often
-Advanced: Luck and moral events occur 15% more often
-Expert: Luck and moral occur 25% more often
-Ultimate: Luck and moral effects occur 30% more often. Creatures are 40% more likely to use passive abilities.
*Sub-skills:
-Chaos generator: Adds +1 to the growth of Chaos Spawn if the hero is in town with a Chaos Portal (Creature generator)
-Cry of Chaos: Adds 1 to all Ignatus creatures' luck and moral, and subtracts 1 luck and moral for all other creatures. Active battle ability.
-Lucky shots: Adjusts the damage dealt by a lucky hit by -10% - +25% (Decided when the event occurs)
Magic schools (Primary): Destructive and Dark.

Architecture: Obsidian structures that look like they are from ancient Babylonian civilizations. There is a large pool of darkness spanned by a bridge on the bottom and the sky is blocked by a swirling shield of chaotic energies. Portals look to be made of obsidian as well.

(Not making buildings this time... It was entirely to bothersome...)

Creatures:

Core:

Blood elf: This creature can no longer call itself an elf, though it can trace its origins back to a time where it might have resembled one. A demonic taint runs  through it that drives the Blood "Elf" with a hatred for all living beings in every one of its blows.
Specials: Hatred of the living (+2 attack for every "Living" creature sack on the field)
Attack: 5
defense: 3
Damage: 6-7
Hp: 10
Init: 12
Move: 5
Growth: 9

-up: Chaos Elf: These Blood elves have become attuned to the chaos of the world that their race communes with, and this adds to the fury that these once-elves already wield. Enemies that fight against these creatures complain about random plagues that assail them, from tripping shadows to extreme weakness.
New specials: Chaos Curse (Afflicts enemy with a random dark spell each melee attack that changes every turn. Lasts three turns.)
Attack: 8
Defense: 4
Damage: 6-9
Hp: 14
Init: 12
Move: 5

Faceless Slave: These mindless creatures are little more than puppets that the faceless hold on a string. The Slaves resemble little more than puddles of oozing shadows and are quite numerous.
Specials: Inky body (Immunity to poison and moral droppers)
Attack: 4
Defense: 3
Damage: 3-4
Hp: 7
Init: 8
Move: 4
Growth: 16

-up: Faceless Thrall: These faceless are little more then skilled drones. They are semi-intelligent, unlike their lesser cousins. There is a more feral shape to them then the original shadow puddle.
New specials: Ooze (Moves through obstacles and walls without activating moats.)
Attack: 5
Defense: 3
Damage: 4-5
HP: 8
Init: 9
Move: 6

Chaos Spawn: A being drawn from the raw chaos of demonic energies, the Chaos Spawn is a nasty piece of work. It enjoys nothing more the the ripping and tearing of flesh and bone, though it has none itself. The chaos energies make it unpredictable, striking hard or not at all, as it decides.
Specials: Random hits (On lucky attacks, the Chaos spawn can deal anywhere from - to + 50% more damage)
Attack: 7
Defense: 6
Damage: 4-10
HP: 17
Init: 9
Speed: 7
Growth: 5

-up: Chaos fiend: As the Chaos Spawn grows older, it either self destructs or becomes more stable. In the latter case, the Spawn becomes more powerful and more focused on what its creators tell it to do. As it becomes more focused, the Fiend seems to shrug off magic attacks and its blows seem to be able to create a random magical attack.
New specials: Random cast, destructive. (Every hit will cast a random destructive spell level 1-2 (Like eldritch arrow and stone spikes) these spells can harm the Chaos Fiend. Spells are cast without any mastery level.), 25% magic proof.
Attack: 8
Defense: 7
Damage: 6-10
Hp: 25
Init: 9
Speed: 8

Elite

-Chaos Tuner: A blood Elf of the third circle has allot of potential and raw power. He/ she has butchered his or her way through quite a few other potential candidates to reach this level, and has earned themselves the right to be called Chaos Tuners. They use their innate connection with Chaos to bring doom to their enemies, and turn success into defeat.
Specials: Shooter, no range penalty, caster (Random cast Destructive, random cast Dark. Both lvl 2-4 and at advanced level. 10 mana)
Attack: 13
Defense: 16
Damage: 15-22
Hp: 52
Init: 11
Speed: 4
Mana: 20
Shots: 4
Growth: 3

-up: Chaos Lord: A Blood Elf of the fifth and highest circle, The Chaos Lords are an Elite council among the Blood Elves, as it is the strongest that rule. The only ones with more influence are the Chosen of Chaos themselves, the Scions. The power of the Chaos Lords is great, and many of them rule a minor city or two.
New specials: Spells are now randomly cast at expert level. Random cast now costs 8 mana.
Attack: 16
Defense: 17
Damage: 15-23
Hp: 60
Init: 11
Speed: 4
Mana: 32
Shots: 5

Fanatic: A human or an elven thrall to chaos, these beings are chained to their master's will through the most sadistic ways possible. Weather this involves their families, friends or their very lives, the effect is basically the same. A warrior is born from the fires of desperation that will die for his master.
Specials: Immunity to mind control
Attack: 17
Defense:17
Damage: 12-14
Hp: 43
Init: 12
Speed: 5
Growth: 4

-Up: Possessed: After a certain period of time, the tortured man or woman will look upon his or her torturer as his best and only friend. In a sadistic little mind game, their wills are warped to the point that if they aren't tortured for a specific amount of time, they will begin to believe that they did something wrong and work harder to prove themselves to their master, trying to make up for their perceived failure. The Blood elves have perfected this art, and they use these poor, enslaved creatures with impunity, never fearing that they will rise up in a rebellion, because they never will. Not unless a God commands them to... But even then...
New specials: Double attack, restless (Every turn that the Possessed doesn't move or attack, they will gain 4 attack for the remainder of the battle)
Attack: 17
Defense: 16
Damage: 14-14
Hp: 50
Init: 14
Speed: 6

Aspect of Chaos: This creature seems to be a constantly shifting mass of color fire and shadows. Loyal only to its creators, an Aspect of Chaos is a bringer of doom to its foes. Magic has no effect on this mass of chaos, and its blows crush any who would dare stand against it.
Specials: Bash, Magic immunity
Attack: 20
Defense: 16
Damage: 12-26
Hp: 90
Init: 8
Speed: 5
Growth: 2

-up: Harbringer: Death and Chaos combine in this creature. Not only does it ignore the rules of space and time, it feeds on the magic of its foes, using it to become stronger. A single Harbringer is said to have been strong enough to destroy an entire Haven trade city.
New specials: Magic absorb (Offensive spells will heal the Harbringer by 1/4 the damage amount.), Teleport
Attack: 22
Defense: 18
Damage: 18-26
Hp: 99
Init: 11
Speed: 5

Champion:

Shade Lord: Faceless giants who are the seconds of their faceless masters. Shade Lords stand against all creatures who would seek to harm their masters and all those who would spread light throughout the world. These creatures are immune to the powers of both light and darkness.
Specials: Teleport, Immunity to light, Immunity to dark
Attack: 30
Defense: 27
Damage: 35-55
Hp: 185
Init: 11
Move: 6
Growth: 1

-up: Faceless: The lords of darkness themselves, Faceless operatives in the real world are mere projections of their true selves. The power that leaks through can kill any one creature that the Faceless fights, except the angels and other beings of similar power. A chilling aura of death follows this terrifying specter.
New specials: Death aura (Deals 15*#of faceless damage to all enemy living creatures withing 3 squares of the faceless each turn)
Attack: 35
Defense: 33
Damage: 40-60
Hp: 210
Init: 13
Move: 8

So, finally, my judgement, or at least, my points for round 2:

...I didn't realize there is only one truely finished faction^^
Gnomes' Slivers would have got about 23 points I think. I liked many aspects of the factions, others I didn't found so great.
Since lizards faction is uncomplete, not even having creatures, I Cannot judge it, though it would have got a good score, I think, if worked out.
Invictus faction is only very raw. Would have liked to see more...

....people, I'd be glad to see more participants this round!!! Also I'm sorry for the late judgement!

You have won anyway
But if you insist: I have somehow issues with the creatures. I don't like Dendrite, a specific creature, upgrading into what I understaynd can be ANY infected creature. I don't like your version of the troll so much...so it are questions of taste, mainly. They also feel a bit strong...

I've chosen Jungle.

The Sect of the Serpent Lords

On the dense jungles across the Jade Ocean, exist scattered tribes of worshipers of serpent beigns. Together, they form the Sect of The Serpent Lords. Differing from the so called civilizations based on the dragon gods, their rituals and magic involving blood and venom to praise their obscure gods might seen repugnant to foreigners, and as the xenophobic tribes they are, not many have seen and left to tell such tales to others. Being mostly neutral to the conflicts of the foreign kingdoms, their only reason to wage war is self-defense.

Associated colors: Green and black
Worship: Their own pantheon, the Serpent Lords.
Country / kingdom: None, but settled in the Jade Ocean Isles
Capital city: Syshla Enoh, The First Tribe To Be Bitten
Symbols: The ophidian eye. A twirling hydra.
Racial Skill: Blood Ritual.
Architecture: Aztec-like.

Hero

Blood Mage(Magic Oriented)

Among the people of the tribes, some are chosen by the elder mages to become one of them, passing through a ritual involving drinking their own blood mixed with the one from a snake, mixed with its venom, among other sacrifices to come closer to their masters and land. Those strong enough to survive see themselves changed in both body and soul, and praised by the Sect as a whole.

Racial

Blood Rituals.

These rituals are a sort of magic, but instead of using the hero mana, they use the target blood as magical component. By doing so the target must be a living creature and agree to be part of the magic, rending it unusable against normal oponents (unless they are controlled). They are learned at the Temple of the Lords, an upgradeable building.

Basic rituals:

Chameleon cloack -> Target unit stays invisible for a few turns or until it attacks or crosses an enemy path. Attacking while invisible grant some damage bonus.

Cleanse -> Removes reducing effects on the creature.

Lifeblood -> Gives regeneration to the creature.

Advanced rituals:

Blood to acid -> By converting the unit blood into an acid fluid, those who attack it receive an percentage of the damage back.

Blessing of the Storm Ones -> The creature is teleported to other point of the battlefield in a lightning flash, causing damage to those at the point of arrival.

Devouring Rage -> The creature gains some of the damage it does as hit points, even bringing dead creatures back to life.

Expert rituals:

Blood Rebirth -> Revives some of the dead creatures from the stack.

Flaming Blood -> Some creatures of the stack  explode into a burst of green flames, damaging those nearby.

Units

Core

Snake Warrior - Viper Warrior

Using threacherous movements and attacks similar to the mundane representants of their praised ones, the sly warriors of the tribes are vicious opponents.

No enemy retaliation.
Snake pit – Summons a trap that stops enemies and reduces their initiative. Once per battle.
Viper Strike(Viper Warrior only) – If this creature spend a turn without attacking, it gains the First Strike buff. While under its influence it retaliates before receiving an attack. This benefit is loss after a normal attack, but can be gained meeting its circunstancies again.

Hunter - Eagle Eye

Some may find odd that the worshipers of the Serpent Lords let a representative of the eagle, a natural enemy of the snakes, join their ranks. But as the both the necessity and the ability of this archery style that resembles an eagle hunting have proved they are more than worthy of having as soldiers.

Ranged.
Armor Piercer – Ignore some of the target armor score.
Crippling Shot (Eagle Eye) – Attack that reduces the target movement speed. Activated ability.

Sorcerer - Venomancer

Initiates at the manipulation of blood and venom.

Caster – Stone spikes, Cobra Gaze (Buff. Makes attacked target forget to retaliate.), Bloodlust (Venomancer – enhances target attack).
Envenom weapon (Venomancer) – Grants the poison ability to target ally, stacking with any existant. Can be used twice per battle.

Elite

Jade Jaguar - Obsidian Panther

Tamed jaguars that excel in maneuvering through the dense jungle, they protect the surroundings of the tribes settlements.

Fierce retaliation – This creatures retaliations have a bonus added to them.
Pounce – Leaps up to normal movement speed to attack, ignoring obstacles and gaining a bonus to attack. Once per battle.
Sunder armor (Obsidian Panther) – Reduces attacked creatures armor, stacks up to three times.

Gorgon - Gorgon Matriarch

Blessed by Medusa, The Snake-haired maiden, these beings share her physical traits, having snakes as hair and a snake body for the waist down, and some of her legendary powers.

Stone Gaze – Each attack has a chance of slaying some of the opponents instead of doing damage, also forbidding the use of ressurection in the dead ones.
Medusa's Wrath (Gorgon Matriach) – Causes Stone Gaze effect on a target. Thrice per battle.

Coatl - Storm Shepherd

Sons of Quetzacoatl, these flying serpents are both omens of good luck and change, just as the storms and rain they bring.

Flyer.
Ranged.
Healing Rain – Creates an area where allies get healed by an amount every turn.
Caster (Storm Shepherd) – Chain Lightning.

Champion

Hydra - Chaos Hydra

Representants of the major god, Vajiothalas, the Hydra is the most feared serpent being to walk the earth.

No enemy retaliation.
Multi-headed attack.
Regeneration.
Venom (Hydra only) – Attacks poison targets.
Chaos Venom. (Chaos Hydra only) – Each creature damaged by an Chaos Hydra attack gets poisoned and also has a chance of spreading the Chaos Venom to allies near it every turn. This ability ignores imunities.

and, what if you would start to judge complete declared factions, before the deadline...so we won't wait to much for judge...it's just a suggestion
