Ok
you can choose again.
Task A: Remake a faction that allready existed in an offical HoMM (1-5, since 6 is not out yet!). You can do it in any way you want, as long as it's still CLEARLY recognizable!
Task B: Reverse a faction that existed in an official Homm (1-5). With that I mean you make the faction, but turn a core aspect around - making an evil knight-faction, good necropolis, peacefull or magic-focused orcs, such things...

honestly, if you're really not content with my judging, that it allways takes so long, and one would take over, or you have idea of a better system, i would step back if you want...

Ok. Finally, very late, here come soem scores.
I liekd the proposals quite much, I have to say
Gnomes' Chaos Elves: 27 points.
Not a 100% new idea, but nicely done, imo. Nice chaotic atmosphere created somehow. Would have HIGHLY appreciated some more details though.
LizardWarrior's Desert Lizardmen: 26 points
VERY detailed. I liked that! The drawings, the accurate descriptions, the background...! Not sure how it and the more creatures would work in the game, but good.
Maken's Serpent worshippers: 20 points
Also a nice faction. I found it not as creative as the other two, but remind that 20 points is still quite a good score.
For the decision, it was mostly the bonus points, that lifted the chaos elves above the desert lizards. Lizards DO dwell in Deserts quite often, so I did not find it too surprising, and necromancy and gunpowder are easily associated with desert/southern cultures for me. It was still very narrow...
