My day sucks due to my late husbands famiy thinking they can still run my life and tell me its too early to be in a relationship with someone else even though when my husband was dying they were nowhere to be seen. Just makes me so angry they can see their nieces if thats what the girls want but i am nothing to do with them. OK enough said I won't bore you all with the details plus it will start me crying again  .

 Some people... I'm really sorry to hear that Selcy. I didn't think it would be so bad when you mentioned it... Try making it abundantly clear that their opinion is not wanted or needed in this situation. If they still try to get involved, then say that you would like to talk to your nieces about it instead of the other in-laws.

The nieces are my daughters my late husbands children who since he died back last year and even when he was alive they never bothered with. Well hopefully we won't be here much longer. Its ok thank you for asking.

Oh I'm sorry to hear that Selcy. How difficult it must have been for you. I'm assuming your daughters are quite young, which is why your late husbands family are being so possessive. Just be strong and firm. If your girls wish to see them ... fine, but his family are going to have to respect your decisions regarding your children and you all moving on with life.

Well despite the pain, I'm proud of myself. I believe I've survived an assassination attempt. Right okay I may be high on painkillers right now ... but hey!!!
I've not long come from the hospital, after being hit by a car whilst on break from work. Yep and very spectacular it was too. I myself don't really remember anything .... apart from thoughts of "oooh sky", and then "ouch!!!". But witnesses say the 'blue car' ploughed into me, I hit the car's hood, bounced!!!!, yes bounced and after somersaulting impressively, I then hit the floor!
Well the would-be-assassin never stopped .... so now I guess if the police get him, he's in serious trouble. Anyway ... my week was good up until that point.

If you don't feel right make sure you get back to the hospital don't take any chances. We have just become friends you aint bailing on me yet .

Nah I'm good on these pills hon! Even had some major weird dreams ... so at the moment ... I'm enjoying it.
Luckily I appear to be made of rubber! Handy, bendy, bouncy. My only regret is that I didn't leap over the car Ninja stylee ... to the amazement of all that witnessed it. Instead I ended up an unsightly crumpled heap with loads of people gawping and staring. However, it probably gave those people something to talk about over their dinner.
One guy actually chased the car down the road. And a few gave statements to the police.
But ... ssshhh .... one of the great things about it is ..... I'm being seriously spoilt and babied right now  ... so maybe its time again for some more ..... "oooh ahhh's".
However, once the bruises come out, I think that will be interesting.
