[NCF Based] Crusader
I noticed the model of the footman / swordman / vindicator is the most often used for NCF creatures. but the vampire model seems to be never used...
Creature 467

What's the death animation like? The original had him burn to ashes, so I wonder what creative solution you used here.
Otherwise, I think you need to work on the yellow on his armor and sword- it seems to have too much green tint to feel like gold, and I would recommend increased contrast to give it a shiny gold look.
Removing the crossguard might have been a mistake, as it makes him look less human (as greatswords without one is a rarity indeed) and his hand now rests in the air, and the skull on the sword is suspicious. The skin color is good, but I'd like to see a beard or something else that would make him look less like his vampire counterpart, and another color on his hair is it looks unnatural.
Otherwise it's a good, refreshing idea, although the skin itself could require some work.

I actually didn't notice the armour looked green.
the crossguard had the shape of bat wings I think, would have looked suspicious too
oh, and he still burns to ashes lol, but I added the effect of the angel death

Actually a refreshing idea, but I agree, the armor needs more yellow/orange and less green, and probably higher contrast would help it look metal (notice: Some simple drawing programs, I think even IrfanView, actually has a "metalizer" setting, did you try that on the skin?).
The cape, on the other hand, is too bright, and should be less saturated and less contrasty.

That could easily be fixed by changing the shape and using the alpha channels to do so. If not, you could turn them into angel wings- copy the angel wings on the angel's armor, change their color to match the sword, and use alpha channels again to perfect the shape with slight alterations. The skull could be changed to a cross or maybe some sort of gem.

that sounds like an easy solution for the skull. for the crossguard, I don't know yet.
I use Gimp, never noticed a metallizer option. may have missed it.
there is a metallizer option in H5 material files, but it makes stuffs look blue. maybe that's why the armour looks green?
at the same time I'm also working on a unit straight from H6. not sure which one will be ready first

you can try to rework the texture if you want, windows explorer not working makes things quite tedious here...
moreover, I haven't found a good metalizer option in Gimp

1) Add for your creature new HEAD or HELMET ...
2) Add for your creature new SWORD or AXE ...
3) Rename your creature because ITEMS from 299 to 301 named by 2ndHero as 'Crusader' now ...
P.S.
