I've got 3 on basic. 
Medium around your times but HOLY MOTHER OF ALL THAT IS GOOD OR EVIL that expert is godly!
Do you use the double click style?

Haven't played this in years but my times were:
Beginner: 1 sec. (On first click it cleared. This actually happened to me I think twice.)
Intermediate: I don't remember, but it was like 30 or 40 something. I always did this one without flagging.
Expert: 102. Double click method is a must!
