So. Now, we DEFINITELY need to add quite some spells to get at LEAST 3 per leveland school...better 4...Wood MAgic is pretty far in this, allready, Metal Magic, too.
So let's start with fire. We need 2 Level 1 spells for fire.
1. Which of these shall be Leve 1 spell for Fire:
Fire Strike (THe unit deals additional Fire damage)
OR
Burn Wood (AM - targets an enemy town or Sawmill...the enemy looses a (very little) amount of gold)
OR
Fire Trap (Lets u place a fire trap on the battlefield, invisible for the enemy. When a unit steps over it, it gets fire damage)
OR
Fire Trap (Randomly places a few fire traps on the battlefield, invisible for the enemy. When a unit steps over it, it gets fire damage)
OR
Battle Heat (Target unit will gain +1 speed for every attack it performs, to a max of +3. The effect ends when the spell ends of, course)
2. Second is your choice

Fire Trap sound too much like Gleaming Beam, which apparently is a pretty powerful non-damaging light spell

Edit: seems like Avirosb beat my by mere seconds so it's ok if this choice is neglected, I didn't notice earlier either.

I'm making a cascade now, must be off to university in some minutes^^
We also need some great L4 Fire Spells...
1. WHich of these?
Summon Dragon
OR
Summon Phoenix
OR
Fire Roll (High Fire damage to all units in a straight line)
OR
Volcano (Summons a Volcano onto the battlefield. The volcano lasts some times and is a big obstacle. Each round it will target 4 random hexes on the battlefield. a unti on such a hex will suffer fire and physical damage)
OR
Fire Rain (AM. Targets an enemy army, the army gets fire damaged)
OR
Drought (AM. Targets an enemy town. Reduces this town's growth for the beginning for next week)
2. Choose another one from the list above.
3. third L4 fire spell is your choice...

now for water...we need more L1 spells, definitely.
1. (Mana) Fountain (grants an allied unit a bit mana back)
OR
Mud (targets a small area on the battlefield. This area becomes all muddy and more difficult to cross for walking units)
OR
Water Ball (water damage)
OR
Frostbolt (Ice damage)
OR
Summon Toad
OR
a better idea by you
2. choose a second one freeely
3. L2 can use another spell as well. Which of these?

Terurning to formerly left-out metal magic... fourth metal l1 spell?
Treasure Hunt (AM - Shows you the position of a random artifact on the AM [higher chance for weaker artifacts])
OR
Treasure Hunt (AM - Reveals all treasure Chests in an area around the hero [about 2xsight range])
OR
Mithril Compass (AM - Reveals the Mithril Mine closest to the Hero)

hmmm I got more problems with this being rather "dispelling" and it was declared that metal shall have no healing or dispelling spells...
