Fortitude/Steadfastness - Increased defense to all attacked friendly units (that didn't move in the previous round.)

Soldier's luck/Skill training/better name (Increases the chance for %-based creature abilities of units in the hero's army to trigger)

Give me some time and I'll try to come up with something better.
I was in a hurry to anwser first.

1.
Adrenaline Rush - Advancing units who use up their maximum movement points receive a temporary %* boost to health (Duration: lasts one round, until the affected unit's next turn)

*I suck at math. Should probably be based on creature strength or hero level or something.

we got the h3 system, roughly...so that means we have a value of speed/movement determining how many squares can be moved a turn. and we have an initiative value, determining when in a turn the creature acts. (note: we dont have the H5 system, where every creature has roughly it's turn, but one turn for all creatures, also like in H3)

Gung Ho (Run) - The selected* unit spends an entire round resting (has to wait, cannot move or defend, but retaliations don't count). In the next round, the selected unit can move twice, but will lose this ability right away upon attacking an enemy.

* I don't know if we're using active abilities, triggered abilities or both

Metal Magic
Fire Magic
Water Magic
Earth Magic
Dark Magic
Light Magic
Skill reducing the mana cost of casting spells for Heroes

Offense (gives troops an attack/damage bonus)
Defense  (increased effect of "defense" command)
Rush (Increases the speed/movement of your units)
Leadership (Increases Morale of Troops)
Art of War (Increases the Luck of your troops/their chance for critical hits)
Battle Lore (Your troops get stat boni against certain unit types (because the hero knows well about them)
Logistics (Increases the (land) army movement per day)
Scout/Scouting (Increases the Sight Range of the Hero)
One collective "War Machines" Skill
Enlightenment/Learning (Decreases the number of EXP a hero needs for a Level-up)
Diplomacy (Lets some enemy creatures join you before battle.)
Anti-Magic/Resistance (Gives the hero's troops a magical Resistance against negative spells)
Battle/Fighting (Increases the damage a hero does in battle and allows him to get might-based combat abilities)
Nobility (INcreases the weekly growth of creatures in a town the hero has been assigned, too (Nirmally, only 1 per hero)
Estates (The hero gains a certain amount of Gold per Turn)

I just realized Gung Ho Run would've worked better under Rush.
That's what I get for not paying attention, I guess...

ehm...but you posted it for rush O.o the question was what shall be the foruth basic rush subskill and you gave the Gung Ho run thingy^^

now however, I did not pay attention...we still have to do more "art of war" skills first, before we go on.

Now. Basic sub-skills for art of war stil needed.

Choose one of these:

Carefullness (Decreases the chance of good Luck/critical Hits for enemies fighting your troops)
OR
Strive for Perfection/Steady Exercise (Your hero gets a random Might stat +1 all 10/7/5/3/2 levels with Basic/advanced/etc. Art of War)
OR
Strive for Perfection/Steady Exercise (Your hero gets a random Might stat +1 all X levels [note: x is fixed and should be between 2 and 5, imo])
OR
Art of Magic (With this perk, positive Luck also applies on damaging magic spells cast by your units)
OR
Tactics (As we know it )

Army Scouts/other name  (Increases the detail of information gathered about enemy forces when they are in sight range of the hero.)
OR
Spys/Spying (Allows to send spies to enemy towns or heroes for free, permanently oserving them, showing you their stats and troops in a spy screen. number of spies a hero can send is limited, as well as scout effect)
OR
Battle Scouts (The enemy will place their troops first in battle, and you will see how they are placed)
OR
Watchmen/Watch Out!/better name (When an enemy hero comes rather close, but is not in sight range, they are revealed)
OR
Treasure Finder/better name (Increases the chance to get more treasure/ressources on the AM)

Treasure Finder/better name (Treasure Chests and ressources are shown a short range out of the hero sight)
