I do not understand AT ALL what that means O.o the enemy units are moved? O.o
However, from now, we first do 3-4 basic sub-skills for every main skill. After that we'll go to the sub-skills with prerequesites.
Now, for which main skill shall we do the basic sub-skills next?
Wood Magic
Metal Magic
Fire Magic
Water Magic
Earth Magic
Dark Magic
Light Magic
Skill reducing the mana cost of casting spells for Heroes
Offense (gives troops an attack/damage bonus)
Defense (increased effect of "defense" command)
Rush (Increases the speed/movement of your units)
Leadership (Increases Morale of Troops)
Art of War (Increases the Luck of your troops/their chance for critical hits)
Battle Lore (Your troops get stat boni against certain unit types (because the hero knows well about them)
Logistics (Increases the (land) army movement per day)
Scout/Scouting (Increases the Sight Range of the Hero)
One collective "War Machines" Skill
Enlightenment/Learning (Decreases the number of EXP a hero needs for a Level-up)
Diplomacy (Lets some enemy creatures join you before battle.)
Anti-Magic/Resistance (Gives the hero's troops a magical Resistance against negative spells)
Battle/Fighting (Increases the damage a hero does in battle and allows him to get might-based combat abilities)
Nobility (INcreases the weekly growth of creatures in a town the hero has been assigned, too (Nirmally, only 1 per hero)
Estates (The hero gains a certain amount of Gold per Turn)

and it costs one hero turn, normally?!
...it seems a bit more like an advanced sub-skill (=one having other sub-skills as prerequesites)
Cascade.
1. Which of these shall be a basic Leadership Sub-SKill?
Valor (Inspired by your hero's valor, your troops can never have negative moral.)
OR
Encourage/Chain of Command/better name (Increases the Initiative of your units a bit)
OR
Discipline (Lowers the Chances for Negative morale to occur)
OR
Comradship (The hero is both a leader and a comrade to their troops, so they start with a huge initiative bonus for the first turn)
OR
Hearten/Encourage (Using this ability in combat, the hero can allow a friendly unit that has allready acted this turn to act again.) [note: could, because it's strong, also be a sub-skill requiring another sub-skill first]
OR
Uniter/better name (Reduces the penalty/penalties which come through having units of different factions in the army)
2. Choose a second one from the List above.
3. Choose a third basic sub-skill for leadership freely.
4. Choose a fourth basic sub-skill for leadership freely, say it shall have only 3, or postpone it.
5. Choose the next main skill for which we do the basic sub-skills

Way too many weak abilities here. That's what happens when you take lousy abilities like Estates and Navigation out to give them their own skill.

I didn't.
1. Pressure Resistance (When a friendly stack is attacked and has many casualties, that stack gains a short-time damage bonus and its turn comes quicker. Also better resistance to stun effects and displacement)
It's a sub-skill, so... the effects of that can scale.

well...I thought I allready made it clear I'm rather occupied with rl these days^^ one may recognize I'm not too active in this thread, either.
for leadership...note we WILL return to it, but for advanced sub-sills then (=those which have others as prerequesites, maybe also skill-crossing prereqs)
I must be off in minutes, so I quicken this into a short cascade:
We take Offense as next main skill
1. Which of these shall be basic offense sub-skill?
Archery (increases ranged attack/Damage)
OR
Battle Frenzy (Further damage increase[fixed])
OR
Battle Frenzy (Strong damage increase on cost of defense loss)
OR
Preparation ("Defend" becomes "Prepare" command, increasing attack instead of defense)
OR
Offensive Tactics (Allows your hero to place their troops further [like in tactics], but only when he is the attackt) [Note: would automatically lead to the opposite skill for defense]
OR
Tactics (As we know it)
2. choose another one of the list
3. choose another one freely
4. Shall the Main Skill level determine how many skills of a skill onethe hero can have? [10 being the total cap]
