for me, that can invoke both but I take it as nobility

1. Which of these shall be a basic nobility subskill?
Heritage (THe Hero gains a minor artifact when choosing this perk)
OR
Fame (at the beginning of a week, a few core creatures of the heroes faction will offer the hero to join him for free)
OR
Recruiter/Training (Decreases the gold costs of creatures by a minor percentual value) [note: if you wish, you can also cap the maximum decrease, to amke this not to strong for champions, or restrict it to only Core / Core&Elite]
OR
Personal Banner (One unit is chosen at battle's begin which carries the hero's personal banner. The moral of this unit and all adjacent unit is strengthened a bit. But when this unit falls, the moral of all your units is highly decreased)
OR
Heraldic (The hero can provide you with informations which hero fights under which color)
2. CHoose another one from the list
3. Choose a basic sub for Nobility freely<

2. Majestic Presence - At the start of battle, a small percentage of the enemy army (affected by leadership?)will join the player's cause,
provided that the player already have creatures of the same type (or faction, you decide) in the army.

Think Jesus, people followed him whether he wanted it or not.
Honestly though, we have a lot of subskills that would fit better under different skills.
But if you insist, I guess I'll have to change it.
Just give me some time.

We come to the Battle skill now. Before we truly begin to make subs, we must, unfortunately, declare if the Battle Skills are learned from the Warrior Guild (similar to spells in mage guild) - Yes or No?

OR

OR

Since it's been decided now, nonetheless, we need an answer on how it's done...
All X level-ups, the hero learns a Battle-Ability, whose strength is determined by the Level of "Battle"-Skill he possesses.
OR
All X level-ups, the hero gets to choose between 2 Battle-Abilities
OR
When reaching a new level in Battle-SKill, the hero learns 1-2 Battle-ability/ies of that level.
OR

Also when Battle ability is increased, Hero learns a random ability of the new level he's allowed to.

ok^^ could be quite much...however, many battle abilities are possible, of course.
How about these Basic Sub-skills for "Battle" skill?
Archer/Aiming/Marksmanship (Increases the effect of Range-Based Battle Abilities and the chance to gain such when increasing the level of "Battle". Choosing this sub, you will definitely get a Range-based Battle Ability)
OR
Aggression (Increases the effect of Offense-Based Battle Abilites and the chance to gain such when increasing the level of "Battle". Choosing this sub, you will definitely get an offense-based Battle Ability)
OR
Trickery (Increases the effect of Stealth-Based Battle Abilites and the chance to gain such when increasing the level of "Battle". Choosing this sub, you will definitely get a Stealth-based Battle Ability)
OR
Protection (Increases the effect of Defense-Based Battle Abilites and the chance to gain such when increasing the level of "Battle". Choosing this sub, you will definitely get a Defense-based Battle Ability)
OR
Veteran (Somehow increases the usability of Battle abilities...if they cost mana, this makes them cost less, if they are limited per battle, the limit is increased, if they have a timer, the time before next possible use is reduced, etc.)
OR
Archery+Aggression+Trickery+Protection

I suggest Melee + Mounted as battle abilities for, well, Melee and Mounted Battle abilities (that would be two separate abilities, obviously).

Why mounted? O.o the heroes are usually all mounted, anyway^^ And I do not really see many mounted abilities which make sense, when the hero is not on the battlefield.
...anyway I'm away this weekend, so a CASCADE is absolutely necessary^^

Soul of the Trees/Tree Magic/Leaf Magic (Improves "Briar Wall" & "Summon Wood") [Note: could also effect "Bridge" maybe)
OR
Kobold-Friend/Leprechaun-Friend/Rainbow-Walker/leprechaun Magic/Luck Magic/better name (Increases the effect of "4-leaf-Clover/Fortune" and "Summon Leprechauns")
OR
Stinger/Hive Magic/better name (Improves "Wasp Swarm", by adding it a stunning or poisoning effect)
Note: I suggest that higher level spells are also improved by higher-level subskills.
5. Choose another one of the list for wood magic
6. Choose a Wood Magic Subskill freely
