How shall spells be tradeable?

Trade Screen Offer (On the trade screen, you can offer the enemy to trade spells you posses and they do not (or the other way round). potentially of course, also for other things)
OR
Trade Screen Gift (On the trade screen, you can gift spells you possess to other players. Only indirect trade possible)

Yes, Gift (In the hero menu, you can gift the hero to a different player. The hero will go with all their army and artifacts, spell knowledge, etc.)

1. What about trading ressources per turn = if you give that to another player, you pay him X ressource every round for a declared number of turns.

Now, how many hostility-statuses shall it give?
In former HoMMs we had only 2: enemy and ally, with the enemy being, well, the enemy, and the ally sharing quite a lot of things. but many more are thinkable. So, besides classical ally and enemy, which of these do you want to have?
Choose 0-3

Friend (no battling, can interact without battle, win together)
OR
Peace (no battling, can interact without battle)
OR
Neutral (CAN interact without battle (but battle is also possible), AI is not that aggressive against you as enemies)

Neutral status leads me to a question about victory conditions. With the usual "defeat all enemies"...shall neutrals be excluded (so you do not need to defeat neutral players)? There could also be stil an opton where you have to defeat eeryone, but it seems sensefull to me, that you do not need to defeat neutrals^^

Yes, neutrals are excluded in normal "defeat all players" games - after all, you don't need to kill all wandering stacks either.

Setting - Religion

about this, there, I first want to ask a general questions. Shall, in this world BE "real" God/s, so it means there in fact ARE (or were) creational beings (uninfluenced by the question wether they take still take an active role or not)?
In Ashan for example, there were (the dragon gods). In some settings, the question about the reality of gods in unanswered for the reader/player/etc... And third, it could be that the beliefs of the peoples of our World are "just" beliefs...

So, what shall it be?

aah. Nice. Next question:

shall there be a general belief (of all races) or shall there be big(!) differences (that would for example be humans having a monotheistic religion, orcs a polytheistic, elves something buddhism-like or whatever; Or it would also be having, f.e. the same type of religion, let's say polytheistic, but very different, like one people having elemental main gods, and one having main gods divided by other aspects, for example life, death, order and chaos. These are of course only examples!).
