@gnomes: sorry, abyss had been answered before, i forgot to took it out. You get one free extra answer...
Now, the following question will allways be the same:
Shall this faction be mostly united geographically, meaning there is one (probably more or less big) connected empire/realm or that at least most of it's tribes/kingdomes/cities are in the same region? OR shall it be more a "scattered" folk? This is important, of course for placement on the map^^ how the political situation is, howecver, we will determine later...
Did I get it right?
Necropolis = not GEOGRAPHICALLY united
Stronghold = GEOGRAPHICALLY united
1. Rampart
2. Sanctuary
3. Keep
4. Where shall the big main populationregion of Haven be (@evi: sorry, but as I said, it wasn't task before)
...for Stronghold, I think it makes most sense if they all live in the desert in Pius' South, when all untied...

Not updated with the islands, sorry. I don't know how to draw proper coastlines.

@gnomes...how shall that be? O.o first they do not live in the same region, then the do? THsio is not about the existence of one ruler or such...just about them living in the same realm...
@minnakht: The Haven region is south magis...you have to barter with evi wethere it would be okay if haven was in the south-western corner of Magis. If not...she was earlier.
Next question, btw:
Where shall be the united region of keep (also, again, keep in mind this is just GEOGRAPHICAL union for now, not political^^)...remember Keep's home terrain is grass and the mages lion-beastmen...so the upper quarter of the map is counted out
btw also note that, of course, the islands are also a possible region^^

The humes still have a lot of space - that phallic peninsula, and those plains all the way up to the mountains. They'll manage, and the two races will have any contact at all.
Remember, Magis is a continent - Europe-sized, at least. Elves get the Balcan-like region, where Bulgaria and the rest of such small countries is, while humes get everything from Germany westwards. They'll manage.

so far, so good.  I think, except the islands still in need of drawing, we pretty much have the RAW geography of our world... I assume snow&ice in the northern areas (North Magis and the northern Island).
The South West of Magis will be largely rocky, then, since Haven is situated on Rock, while the southern Island (maybe we make it not toooo south then) be covered by grassland.
Are you fine with North Pius and Nuktor having a rather varied landscape?

They start as separate but different sects that slowly discover one another and merge together. Sorry if that was just a bit confusing... Twas rather late.
