What don't you want to see in H6?

I know one thing that comes to mind real quick for me, ( especially when it seems to be in every single generated map ), is the memory mentor.  I absolutely hate this building and the idea of it.  IMO, it completely kills the point of making a tactical gameplan and specialization in your skillsets.  I'm sure you's have plenty of other things you may not want in H6 as im sure I do.  This just kinda hit me as I was playing another generated map, and felt like I had to rant about it so lets hear it

That would be assuming that the totally random level ups allowed you to make tactical decisions in the first place That said the mentor *does* hate your guts and will screw you a lot more often than it will help you fix things.

There's no need for a memory mentor any longer since now unlocking new skills is not based on probability.

What I don't wanna see in H6 ever returning from the previous games, is Heroes in combat like in H4. But that wish of mine is granted already. Another thing then, that I'm not so sure about if it will return or not, is losing a whole day's worth of movement points just for boarding or getting off a ship. That was very annoying, made me not wanna journey the seas. And that would be a pity now, since the water is so nicely designed....

yeah it can screw you over, but just going through your levels initially can  also.  I don't like the fact of how you can go back/re-do leveling.

I don't want to see Minotaurs returned as Slaves, they are way to awesome for that.
(The Dwarfs as slaves on the other hand... )

I agree with basically everything you've said... I don't actually know how leveling is going to work in H6 but I just know the mentor is garbage to me, and yes no heroes physically in combat is nice.  The lost day for docking/leaving a ship is pretty annoying, maybe it has stuck cause its more realistic in logical thinking? yes this isnt a realistic world? lol so give or take i suppose

BAAHH! Puny Dark elves! when Heroes 6 hit I'm gonna do my own campaign where the Minotaurs liberate themselves and unite with the troglodytes. Then they together conquer the lands of the dwarfs and turn those tiny weaklings into slaves. UHH YEAH! Best custom campaign ever!

thats another thing actually, could be some better campaigns in this game.  They were better in the expansions and stuff but like in the first H5 release even smaller things wehre they didn't have moving mouth's was just kinda stupid and lazy maybe...also since in the trailer and general story being bound by blood, broken by betrayal....i hope they dig deep into that

DRM = digital rights management. In this case the possibility of having to be online to play the game.

Yeah right, it takes a day for an army to cross a bridge as well, but that doesn't hold you up in the game.

one thing that i did not want to see at all, was the probability based skill tree...HUGE pain in the ass, and screwed me over more often than not...and because it was eliminated, i think this will already be the greatest heroes yet

Ship thing makes sense, it's for balance purposes so you have some time to prepare against a seaborne enemy; prevents people from swooping in with the huge movement ships can get and taking your capital from like two screens away before you even know you're in danger.
