but how you do? I saw Era 3 has different headline, ZVSE2, do you change or it still reads and understand ZVSE?

Era 3 supports ERM 1 scripts if they begin with ZVSE. In fact, even if you write ZVSE2, you can mix ERM 1 code with ERM 2 code. Moreover, when map is loaded, ERM 2 code is really compiled to ERM 1, thus pressing F11 extracts ERM 1 scripts. It was done so that we could evolve old mods, writing new code in a readable fashion, but leaving rest triggers as is.

In other words, ERM 2 is preprocessor, converting (something:y) into y20 before evaluating scripts. Preprocessing is done only at map start or F12 press.

Of course, ERM interpreter was fully rewritten. Thus no more Q^message^ or L^portrait.pcx^ syntax, because ^...^ values are fully functional arguments. So now we write Q2/^message^ and L5/^something^/^something^. Not a big deal, when you can pass strings to functions and use ^...^ in any commands, requiring strings.

hard to list them, I did a clean of everything, from quests to battles. Now you use all map resources, everything will be useful.
