Being a skiing fanatic, and staying faithful to a mountain (even though having alot of snow is rare), my handle is a mountain in Vermont, USA. The mountain is called Mad River Glen and isn't really a resort because all you can do is ski, no hotels or shopping villages. They don't even allow snow boarding, which pisses off some of my friends but makes the mountain less crowded for me.
One day I'll retire to Utah.

My TOH handle is in fact my real life nickname, which i use as my real name, with nobody except my parents calling me by my original name 
It sounds Russian and i used to get a lot "are u Russian?" ZMs or just ZMs in Russian, but i am Polish and it somes froma popular 80's song by Lady Pank. Those of you who are Polish will know what i am talking about- "Tancz Glupia Tancz" (Dance You Silly Girl, Dance - i took a bit of liberty with the translation to better convey the meaning)
Back in my teenage years a friend of mine started calling me by that name as a way of getting back at me for something and it kinda stuck. and now I AM Maxym

Oh, everyone seems to want to know what mine means. It comes from the popular insult in Toydarian (in the star wars universe) "Mia fan tusta, greiche wierbo". So I just took fantusta out of that... but what does it actually translate to? oh, wouldn't you like to know.

Heh, I took mine from an old sitcom, "Dif'frent Strokes". The main character, Arnold, was always being harrassed by the school bully, who was known only as The Gootch. Thing was, you never ever saw him.
Anyway, I was always the bullied and frankly, I'm jealous that I wasn't ever able to be one. Now is payback time.

I don't play ToH.....
..as I think my opponants would die laughing!! Purely friendlies only!! However, my Zone handle, Wide Eyed Tiger comes from two separate nicks... 'Tiger' is my nick at work (Cat, Tiger, get it?) and 'Wide Eyed' is my 'I'm sweet and innocent look', so I'm 'Wide Eyed Babe' in the 'sweet and innocent drinking game... ta-da!!

I dont know exactly why I chose this handle, I guess I was too much effected by the good vs evil campaigns of HoMM2

Since H3 as come to us, some people asked me when I would switch to F_HOMM4. Well: never it seems for F_HOMM4 is already taken. Not by me ! I`d like to hear the owner of F_HOMM4 story behind his choice of nick...

Yeah!!! I get to explain that my name is not Rolli Polli Olli from that cartoon or show I have never seen before! As a matter of fact I have used this as my handle online now for years..... before that show even came out/ It's actually those little potato bugs aka pill bugs aka Rollipollie's!!!!! I thought the name was passive and very unthreatening (by the way if you are still not sure what a Rollipolli is ..... remeber those grey little bugs in Bug's Life that didn't speak any english

There was this death metal band in the late 80s or ealy 90s called "Abazagorath". I needed a nick for IRC and Quake, but my preferred "IRONMAIDEN" was often used. I tried to think of an odd name that wouldn't be common, and that band name came to mind. I mispelled it as "Abazagaroth", and have used it the past 7 years in IRC/mIRC, Quake, HOMM2/3/4, Everquest, Diablo, Diablo2, message boards, etc.

Finally, a definitive listing of Quintar's names! (You'll always be Quintar to me, pal.)
Greystole....Grey comes from my last name, why I changed the spelling is a mystery to me, so must remain so to the rest of the world.
Greystoke popped into my mind and was rejected because I didn't want to be unoriginal (not to mention the fact that I'm about as UNTarzanlike as you can get), but Greystole sounded rather wizardly. I might have spent more time at it, but I was anxious to get the horrid business of choosing a handle over with so I could get into the lobby and PLAY!
Next time I have to choose a handle, I'm thinking of something truly original, like "User9235403".
