Damn they look good. Interesting designs too though I'm more of an H3 devil design fan. This one, epic weapon aside, looks like some random elite demon. Not enough mojo to be a devil.

It would, however, be an excellent boss fighter in a Soul Calibur game.

The weapons look realy good. I would also like a more h3ish devil.
BTW the efreet heads reminds me of darth maul.

efreet is fine, but devil isn't imo. looks too much like a generic demon indeed, and the weapon is way too much, even for a devil. (though, now that I think of it, it kinda reminds me of Ares from God of War, who could just materialize any weapon)

lol, I understood that you drew them.
you could try the efreet with a bit more "bling" like in H3 / H4, though, I'm not it fits with his new style. for the devil, I'm not sure... looked more majestic in H3

Well I like things more simple and straight to the point, I see ... for you and maybe many others shiny epic armor makes something more majestic and thus more epic and fit to the role. Being it so, I shall try make this, but I want to please most so i need a few more details.
Detail just like this, to use epic armor I understand, but does that necessarily means full majestic body armor or "slick & bling" armor type?

look at H3 / 4 efreets to see what I meant, they had no armour. but the devils yes, indeed. but I think it's more their posture, maybe the beard, that gives them that majestic look

For the Devil:
Historically (within the genre, at least), archdevils are vain and prideful. I think of Asmodeus, who looks more like a Lord than a ruler of Hell.
What this means for concept art, to me, is that the Devil should wear clothing, in the same way that a succubus wears clothing; it's designed with a clear purpose, to show enemies exactly what his station is. And in this case, his station is "ruler of Hell". Think "businessman of fantasy" - long robe, or maybe just a vest, and slim-fit pants. This should be a guy that looks so cool and calm that you get scared by what sort of anger he must be hiding.
I think the efreet is fine as is, personally, particularly for the current design concept of the Demon army.

oh yeah, homm6 devil. if I'm not mistaken, they should look frightful and bestial? maybe something like a behemoth, with a somewhat human but hairy face, and a pair of dragon like wings?
hum, wonder if it would look too much like the pit lord actually...

Looking at these concepts - no, I'm pretty happy they're gone.

Ah like the first of the fallen in hellblazer.. I wonder who was the original one.
In later appearances the cape looked closer to Mephisto's.

I think the efreet looks pretty awesome,because he looks more demonic than the one in H3 who always seemed kinda out of place in my opinion.
The devil could look better,I agree,that he should wear some clothes and I think it would be cool if he would use some kind of trident or pitchfork(of course it should look badass).
And I totally agree,that efreet and devil should return to the inferno,because I don't like it,that the H6-inferno is nearly a bunch of invented demons(except for the hellhound and the succubus)

Of all units, the Efreet is the one that I missed the most in H5 and was hoping would make it's return in H6.
