Skipping campaigns

I've already completed the nec campaign on another computer and I'm wondering if there's any way to get past it so I can start gotai's campaign? Tried using the cheat console, but it says "access is denied" when I try to replace the file when saving it, so that's a bust.

The console is different for the original, HoF and tote, maybe the problem lies there?

Nope I tried to edit the "start" file. Thing is, the computer doesn't let me save as .cfg (which the file is). As soon as I press cntrl + s, it opens up the window asking where to save it and what to name the file, acting as if I actually used the "save as" function.
