Some babies get both genders Tsar, as in both packages, and then the parents get to choose which to... eliminate would be the proper phrase I assume....

It can and has happened. Look at the Olympics girls competitions, they have to go through genetic screening to make sure they are women because in one competition there was a group of European women who won basically everything. When examined, they not only have two X's (normal for girls), but they also have a Y chromosome, which allowed them to make extra testosterone and adrenaline so that they were genetically superior during competitions to "Normal" women.
Twas an odd Olympics season, that one was...

really it seems that researches can fail badly not only it maked me double post (in error) but it proved wrong, but it seem that having both genders is impossible still for me.

Don't agree. Women are superior genetically when it comes to kitchen or washing business. Try to compete with that, you will get dead in half the time women resist. That's why we need them, dirty purposes.

Increase adrenaline would also result in a faster burn out, and then ruining the long term run.
If you want a example:
A horse will outrun a man in the short term.
In the long term the horse will burn out and die because it can't regenerate itself after a long enough time.
Name a land animal. Humans will lose to it in the long distance, but in the long distance we outrun them. Either they die from overheating, or they will expand to much resources to keep on going.
What does that mean? It just means that olympic is measuring extreme amounts of short term activity.
But then again: A competition based on "who can keep on jogging for the largest amount of days without collapsing" is boring in the length, so who blames them?

If they sneak off to the same male or female restroom, it's much harder for the one who doesn't belong to deny being there for improper purposes. True, if they want to have sex in a restroom, they will, but it would be much easier for them with unisex restrooms. If a teacher walks into a separate-sex bathroom and sees two people of the opposite sex in there (even if they haven't done anything yet, or if they're already done), it's immediately suspect, but that's not the case with a unisex bathroom.

I wouldn't rape anyone in any situation, so it doesn't make any difference there, but to someone who is somewhat deranged and/or willing to rape, making it easier would increase their likelihood of doing it. If a would-be rapist walks into a quiet unisex bathroom late at night and sees a woman there, he would have an opportunity that would not be possible otherwise.

Yes, because of people who don't identify with either gender. With unisex bathrooms, they don't have to worry about going into the men's or women's and feeling like it's the wrong one.

So what you're trying to say is that liberal college students are allowed to be transvestites, but not other adults, because of someone who might accidentally see a chick in a bathroom and think about how raping her might be a good idea.
Why not have unisex bathrooms during the day then? You can divide them back at night, if it raises the rape risks so much. That would be a compromise between sexual non-discrimination and safety, don't you think.
Question remains, though, what if the would-be rapist doesn't identify with either gender (a common trait among mass murderers, for instance). Perhaps separate bathrooms would offend them and they, hence, wouldn't even enter it to see their victim in the first place.
Also, are you saying that high school students should be oppressed in a way that they are forced to go into separate bathrooms, even if unsure about their gender, just because it would make it easier for some of them to make out in them? What's next, you should put cameras above toilet seats to reduce the risk that someone's doing drugs in there?

Aside from all the prestige, it's a college, isn't it. Aren't those students a tad too... young, to be transvestites? And if college is supposed to bring you into the real world, how do they react after it, when they are mercilessly plunged into the ruthless, insensitive world of separate bathrooms?
