I live on the west coast in the USA. I found some obscure post somewhere that said that my DL email would arrive at 10am pacific time and those on the east coast would get theirs at 1pm eastern (which is the same time).

Exactly at 10am I got my email.

Took me an hour to download.

I could not download any of the extras from the deluxe digital version I ordered from the email, but when you go to ubistore.com and log into your account there it lists all the extras you paid for. I was able to download the poster, the artwork book, though the music download kept giving me back to the main game downloader.

Not sure if that helps anyone.

Logged into my account in the Ubi.com store.

It lists:

Heroes 6 Digital Deluxe edition download
1 month free sub for Heroes Kingdoms
Akasha digital download
Edge of Chaos digital download

The map, artbook and the soundtrack should come with the Digital Deluxe download, but they are not on my harddisk. Also there is no mention of a Digital Deluxe edition. Not in the game menu, nor on my harddisk in the form of folders.

Codes for Akasha and Edge of Chaos worked without problems and have been added to my account in-game.
So I am now missing the map (poster), artbook and soundstrack.

Maybe people just need to stop buying things from Ubi.com and start buying them from Steam.

It sounds like a lot of these issues stem directly from the Ubi.com download.

Hope so! I have bought the Collector's Edition(Physical), but so far I haven't opened it and aren't going to until I hear from the ubisoft support regarding my missing codes for Akasha and Edge of Chaos.

It just really kills a shop, when the customer service is lacking. Received an email wednesday saying that they would get back to me on my enquire the following day, but so far I haven't heard anything and it is sunday! Really starting to get nervous

What is NOT acceptable is that the Steam Deluxe is complete while the UbiShop one isn't. It just shows how ridiculous of a company they are, especially when you add the extremely poor customer service that makes you feel like a piece of snow when you complain about something legit

Although it may have sounded a bit harsh, then the gist of it is spot on. Not the first time I have tried to deal with the ubishop support staff and their excessive amount of protocols. First you have to choose what type of issue out of a number of topics, which to me seem like they could overlap with eachother.

Second you seem to always get a mail the following day telling, that they know nothing and you should try posting on a support forum and await an official response. Then a week later you get a messgae telling you, that they can't help and you should try contacting support for your native country by phone

And to add insult to injury you then get to speak with some support staff speaking in a mumbling english, that no man has a chance of understanding across a phone. Hell, even trying to explain the issue to them takes about one hour of telling order-numbers and making sure they got it right, simply because the staff has no clue about the insides of the game. I am quite excellent at communicating in english, alyhough it is not my native language and I speak with some american accent. But that incident drove me seriously mad. Never think I had heard that many "Sir's" in my entire life.

... I don't blame the support for not having the insight, that isn't always to be expected. But I blame Ubisoft for not just acting immediately and pass out a replacement code after you tell them your order number. Hope they are gonna set things right.

Don't think so. But you could always try ebay, although in this situation I doubt there are any sellers of the items. Have already checked my self just in case, but you would probably end up paying around 20-30 dollars although that is just my estimate.

Officialy, people who pre-ordered the game too early (April) didn't get included into the mailing-lists for the codes. Sadly ... I pre-ordered the game in August and I got no codes either ... unless August is considered too early too ...

Do You think that I give a *** about the codes? They unlock a few surplus, useless pieces of arbitrary ***, a necessary evil accompanying the good stuff. No Heroes-purchase can be considered complete without the usual masterpiece of Rob King and Paul A. Romero, and not getting this is what hurts me most.

@Avirosb: I guess that's where I'll eventually turn, but for the moment I'm too stressed to scavenge them, and too angry to be doing anything related to H6, save complaining in this thread. Besides, in my experience, Youtube vids are often just cobbled together, with unnecessary editing, and inferior sound quality.

I remember pre-ordering after the video of the collector unboxing was revealed, but was that too early? Doesn't make any sense if they don't include people on the pre-order bonuses after they revealed them.
