I'm not there yet, my army service begins on Monday. It's rather close to Athens but in one month I'll probably be transfered elsewhere, hopefully nowhere near the borders Hope you get it fixed soon and that this incident will not mar your gaming experience.

Me too. Never sent a complaint that I did not get my stuff either. So they know where it went wrong and who they owe stuff to. They may not be the best out there, but they're trying.

Yay! I got an email with a link and a code to the content! grin:: I won't buy anything else from Ubi, though, this is no way to treat customers. 3 weeks after the game's out, and I can only now access all the things I've bought, grr... All's well that ends well, though. Thanks for the help, Elvin!

But there is a point. I have not gotten my stuff.

I ordered from gamersgate. They listed the 4 heroes and 2 weapons codes as pre-order content.

They gave me the art, soundtrack, poster.

So, I've been fighting to get my Edge of Chaos, Akasha, and bonus map.

I called Ubi to confirm the content I should be getting. The guy was kind of clueless about what I should be getting, but eventually confirmed.

Gamersgate has been good to me until my last two purchases. Those were Clash of Heroes PC and Heroes VI Deluxe. Sounds like it is a problem with Ubi, from the sound of this thread. Especially since G-gate has been good up till now.

This seems to be the best Heroes imo, but the worst release (bugs, codes, etc.)

I do appreciate their effort and care for the franchise.
Just not their level of excellence.

I'm glad for all you guys, that you finally got the promised Digital Deluxe Edtion extras.

But did anybody had any luck to get an answer where I can get the missing pre-order codes (Akasha & Edge of Chaos) that were promised on the Ubisoft-Shop site, the Collector's Edtion video and even confirmed by an Ubisoft employee on the [url=http://forums-fr.ubi.com/eve/forums/a/tpc/f/7501009903/m/4991008429?r=5481060739#5481060739]French forum[/url]?
I contacted the Ubisoft support and the distributor (Digital River), who said, that the missing codes are Ubisoft's fault, but never got an answer.

There was a topic about this matter here, but it was closed before, so I'm writing this here.

Ok, so I can blame Gamersgate for this at least this one.

I get an email from the Gamersgate who is working my customer service ticket. It says:

I think i know the reason for the issue - the order is finalized on 14 th, when the release was on 13th - so the other two codes are pre-orders only and that is why they are not shown for the orders made after the release.

So I have to reply:

The game was released OCTOBER 13th. My purchase of the game shows up on my bank statement SEPTEMBER 15th. That is one month in advance almost to the day. This is certainly not the issue. Please don't waste my time with such drivel.........grrr.....grrrr.....grr. .. ....  Ok, I'm calm again. Please lets just get this resolved.



How boneheaded can people be.

Okay, this is starting to get ridiculous! As i mentioned previously I was hoping to have my issues resolved by monday, but so far it has seen no progress. Have posted the print screen like I was asked to and have supplied them with pictures of their own freaking advertising campaign as well as my receipt and order confirmation, but they still haven't answered! I honestly am starting to feel like I am fighting an endless battle with an enemy I can't see.

Can only hope they are going to reply within the next couple of weeks, otherwise I will have to create a new post...yet again, in order to get their attention. Still not giving up on my content, but my spirit definately took a hit in these past days. Can only hope tommorrow will be a better day

I'm in the same boat but I did get answers in which the Ubisoft Shop distributor (Digital River) and Ubisoft support pass their responsibility to the other leaving me in the middle. I think we really need to find the guy responsible for making the offers in the Ubisoft Shop and talk to him directly.

Don't think so. But you could always try ebay, although in this situation I doubt there are any sellers of the items. Have already checked my self just in case, but you would probably end up paying around 20-30 dollars although that is just my estimate.

Sorry pal, even I have trouble trying to get my codes from ubisoft so doubt anyone is willing to give you their precious codes. But I hope you will either find them on ebay or that some good soul will hear your plea.

Yeah...Kinda guessed that already, but the real issue is the support staffs lack of simple response. I have been waiting almost 2 weeks for them to replay and still nothing, think I am running out of options. Do you think the mods of theese forums have some degree of communication with ubisoft like they have with blackhole?

The guy at Gamersgate is totally worthless so far. Now he is questioning that they owe me anything at all.

Even if I didn't pre-purchase the game, I still don't have my Deluxe Edition Map, Heart of Nightmares. And that still doesn't explain why they gave me the Kraal hero set and the Asha's Eightfold set under the pretext of "pre-orders only" when they are part of the Deluxe package.

I gave him an out and said Ubi probably never gave them all the codes in the first place. Call Ubi and get the codes. I hope he takes it. I couldn't find an official ad, but quoted like 10 media (non-retailer) websites who listed Akasha and Edge of Chaos as rewards for pre-ordering. I also threatened to switch my near exlusive loyalty to Steam, because they have resolved this stuff for their customers to the best of my knowledge.

I tried emailing Ubi Support to get an official list of the Deluxe and pre-order packages. That way I could give it to the guy at Gamersgate so he can contact Ubi for any codes they are missing. Ubi just replied that I didn't pre-order from them, so they can't prove I did.....

I didn't ask for the codes. I asked for a list of what I should have gotten from the OTHER company. So, I replied asking for the list again.

Do these people have supervisors I can request? Is there any way to contact someone higher up who might be sympathetic? I don't want to go around this way for months.

Me?  No.

But people have done it before.  And there are enough people who are experiencing the same issues that you could very quickly turn it into a class-action lawsuit.  Coupled with all of the other problems with the game, Ubisoft shouldn't be so cavalier about giving customers what they paid for.  They're just asking for trouble.

What you should do is find a lawyer, or ask a friend who knows legal-speak, and draft a letter saying that if Ubisoft does not provide the complete product that you paid for, you will take legal action.  Cite the ad from their website describing the contents of the Digital Deluxe Edition, along with the e-mails you have sent to Support regarding the issue, and any responses you've received.

Everyone who's having these issues should do the same.  If the issue isn't resolved, then you can take further steps.

When the problem is copying and pasting a few codes into an e-mail, the fact that this issue hasn't been resolved yet could be construed as intentional misinformation.

I have a stupid question

We all know thet teh Digital and Colectors editions had different special.
But what if someone (like me) would like to have all these bonuses, is there a way I could buy, gein acces to the bonus material my edtion (box colectors) did not have?

Question Two.
If I have the Colectors edition, and I would like to have two accounts on my PC (Child, sibling, partner) and I would like to have both of the acconouts to have the extras (I have the right don't I?) would I get a second code for the extras if I would buy a second Key?

Third question.
WHy can't I see the bonus map (hearts of nightmares) whyle I am offline? I downloaded the map and looked it up few day ago. and I so it in the scenerios. Bur when I wanted to play it Offline, I could not find it.

p.s. I play offline for these reasons: 1: 2 people->One game. And who could resist his sister. 2: Bonese make game to easy, especialy weapons.
