Yes,thanks for the needed-feedback.
Personally I like the grotesques,even if the flesh-golem is very used in fan proposal,it never appeared in the Heroes series.Grotesques/Horrors/Carnages aren't exactly a typically flesh-golem,even if it's made from bones and flesh it don't have a humanoid form,it's a kind of slug-like creature,very slow and doesn't have legs.
Hydra and Cerberus were brothers in Greek mythology,so Xerrdor,may fit... Also unlike Hydra and Cerberus,Xerradors have many heads,but not even a single eye.
I'm glad you like the Hatsvars,they aren't very powerful,but their strength stay in their numbers.
Indeed,Lurkers' objective is to annoy the enemies with their portals and surprise attacks,escaping from the enemy horde before its attacked and they're so cute
Very much people see that skeletons can be only weak units and cannon fodders,but I like them as more powerful creatures with an important strategic role.Silverbone Assassins/Executioners/Knights are fast offensive units and they will do a good job with the lurkers in the middle of the enemies.
I needed some a spellcaster,shooter and a flyer,so I combined all into the Abzssal Sorcerer.It can shoot and is a magic user,its upgrades can also teleport.
I think I will write today about Chaosbringers,they generally are big creatures that smash anything on their way and can travel using tunnels.

Small presentation tip:
Amongst all the AWESOME photoshop skills you've shown here (seriously, that 5 headed demon dog grail upgrade... that's hardcore), the poor, pixelated blood details you've added stick out like a sore thumb.
Try using a slightly transparent brush and make "smears" rather than drops. A filter might help make it look less unnatural as well. That's what I'd do at least.

Should I use the brush tool with small opacity(like 40%?),instead of using both the pencil tool and brush tool to make blood?
Or I could use the blur tool over the blood to make it more realistic?

Using the blur tool on the drops won't really make it more realistic I think, I tried myself but blood just doesn't look like that anyway.
Yes, I'd go for a brush tool with low opacity.
Or just skip the blood entirely, does it really add that much?

Looks better but still doesn't blend in with the pic very well. I'd still just skip it.
You know it's just my detail-obsessed mind at work really.

I was always a judge, and for a while I toyed with the idea of also being a contestant, but I ran out of inspiration (#1) and felt that I just would not be able to judge my own faction fairly (#2). So I became a full-time judge.
