Not necessarily, since we haven't determined growth and such yet - that's what I wanted to determine here, partly - how strong the units are in relation to one another in combat, and, from that, how many you should get of each.
So, new battle.I'll think about it and write in a few hours.

1. As tempting as It may be to pick Gudrun, I'm gonna go with Crag Hack.
2. I'm confused by specials and skills...
3. Thunderbirs, Harpies and Axe Throwers
You should consider adding short-cut "codes" to the masterpost.
It makes searching a tad bit easier

ah, seems I was unclear on the preferred creas. what I meant was preferred cores. however you have each said at least one core, that will be enough, I think . I'll give you their numbers tomorrow.

I'm in a total hole.
Now.
Avi's Horde:
Crag Hack marches a fearsome host into battle. 32 Harpies and 33 Wolves make up the beastish side of his army. They are followed by 25 strong Axe-throwers. The Warlord himself has a strong focus on Attack and Offense.
Stats: 4 Attack, 1 Defense, 0 Spellpower, 0 Knowledge
Skills: Veteran Offense (with bonus through special), Melee
Gnomes' Troops:
Elaine is leader of a proud force. 30 Minotaurs walk his front lines, closely followed by 26 Arcane Spirits. The rear is made up by no less than 40 powerful mages.
Stats: 0 Attack, 0 Defense, 3 Spellpower, 2 Knowledge (=20 mana)
Skills: Veteran Fire Magic, Zest of Conflagration
Hero Spells: Searing Aura (6 Mana), Smoke (3 mana)
Now, we have the problem that gnomes chose Magic yet undetermined^^ I gave him 2 random spells of Fire Magic L 1.
Now, would both of you please send me, where (on the same basic battlefield as last time) you put ypour creatures. And please: per PM!!!!
