Well, for what its worth, here is my two pence worth.
Best Poster Overall: Gosh, a real hard one. Adrius possibly as he is so damn reliable, always here. He is our resident good guy and he does the best cartoons. Or Elvin .... does anyone realize just how much he contributes! 
Best Newbie: Well I haven't been around much recently, so its hard to say, but I guess Nooby just beats Ghost for sheer comedy. I have a baby brother and Nooby just reminds me of him so. Ghosty just baffles me (in a nice way).
Best Spammer: Ooh another hard one. Blizz, Geny (although he is lacking the heart for it these days). Smithey also (when he is here). Tsar has a penchant for spamming.
Best Thread: Can't choose, HC has a wealth of them.
Best Moderator: Doomforge (who gave me my one only bonus) and Mytical (who is a sweetie). But all our mod's do a great job and I like them all.
Most Interesting Member: Oh er. Loads and loads, for many different reasons. Blizz because he can be relied on to be smutty and totally inappropriate, Azzie because he is just such a love, Joonas to give us all a harsh wake up slap ..... I could go on and on. I guess I mainly find my group of usual suspects most interesting - Smithey, Adrius, Blizz, Geny, DF, Edn, Azzie, Gnomsey, Darkshadow. If I see posts by these guys, I'm always going to log in.

Best VW Poster: Blizz. No matter what I always have to read his posts. Gotta love that guy. Tsar is another one I love to read. I appreciate a good sense of humor and both these guys have it. Yes Blizz is a depraved creature and Tsar's humor is ultra dry, but they make me smile. Smithey is another one I enjoy sparring with, he gets my humor too.
