Bad mannered, but with a sig?
I was going through the first page of this thread in the Wastelands and I come across a member who, despite being bad mannered, still has a signature. How come he gets a signature and I don't, despite also being bad mannered?

One way to appeal to val is to first figure out his interests.
Is he into steaks or pizza??
He is still into heroes games or what?
You know what I'm saying?
Then come all cool and collect. I am sure he digs confidence, and if its his thing then new prospective ladies. But he might be happily married.
In this case stay away from the wife-

I don't think that this rule needs to be changed, but considering that trog has aged from ~10 years old when he got the penalties to 18 now, I think it would be reasonable to reset his status. Does he really deserve eternal punishment for having been a kid?

Sadly I don't think anything will change despite most of us are likely to agree with you miru.
I guess the only way is to go through Val, but I've no idea what his personal opinion are regarding long time members who haven't shown any tendency that would award them restrictions on the home page for much longer time than the time period from when they joined until they got the restrictions. In other words committed members who contribute to the community despite past history.
Nor have I any idea how such a suggestion is to be presented to him. My impression is that our best shot is when he comes by, so I think it was something that should have been raised back when we got more moderators and he changed a bit of code on the web side, identifying quotes, etc.

Very good question good sir, but the real question should be (as always) is whether our lord Jesus h christ was black or not, It hink that it would have a heavy bearing on modern society finally discover thr trueth about the colour of our lord's skin in these current circumstances since he' black.

It could be opinion but I really think trogdor among many members post quality. Mine are from years ago when they were used more. Now the past years for some reason it seems difficult to measure standards because they are scarce.
I think the QPs are overrated but on the flip side with the same reasoning they are underrated. Kind of like they are to difficult to get while at the same time they don't really stand for something extremely valuable.
My point would be along the lines of trogdor among many posters if not almost all, in my opinion have posted ample quality enough to merit some recognition, if not release from strict post limits etc.

I'm all for it too, I'm sure the mods are too, but I doubt they even consider they've this option.
I think the best we can do is to contact Val and as a community ask for it, though I also guess it depends on what Trogdor wants.
