I don't think these awards encourage anything. For example, no one in the OSM is thinking "I'll make some good posts so I can be OSMer of the Year!"

I have literally never heard of the word "internut", but I like it. 
Joonas, I did read your post. You said that glorifying trolls isn't something that you want because it would encourage them. At least that's my interpretation of your post. Am I wrong?

Because trolling is something the HC does not encourage, glorifying such behaviour is against the values of the community.

I'd prefer to avoid categories that appeal to basal bullying in the awards ("most naive poster" is a mature critique, but "biggest troll" starts to become more like rotten fruit throwing in public).
