I doubt that burrowing will be teleporting. It more sounds like ZERG's burrowing. As dmg avoiding ability. Otherwise they would have added in description "teleporter". It also might be like invisibility. Where Trogs are burrowing and can move undetected and unseen by opponent but still move only in their range of move. That would be very interesting to sneak upon opponents archers. Nightmare concept actually appeals to me. What Stevie wrote about teleporting being disappearing in the shadows and appearing near target sound pretty cool. Something like Pit Lord's moving from H6 only with ability to go over obstacles. Anyway for now I voted for blades but I might switch to Shield later. Faces line up is the least interesting to me. Too bad it's winning. I have never been fond of medusas and trogs I despised so no love for them from me. I do love mantis though and faceless. Maybe I should vote for shield just to increase it's chances to enter second phase of voting. Decisions decisions decisions.....

Skirmisher is essentially the Blood Maiden, right? Why are they so obsessed with strike and return in this game, they wanted to force that into the Sylvan lineup as well and if Harpy is in the game then Stronghold will have it too.

I just can't get my head aroud what Ubi was thinking when they made these lineups. Thanks to the ominous labeling we can't really guess how the faction is going to play. What happened to the good old melee/ranged/cavalary/flyer/caster labels. How is saboteur a label.
I can't even begin to guess what the Soulless/Strider is going to do because I don't see the roles of the units, unless ofcourse the main role of each unit is being a damage dealer. In Ubis desperate effort to out-offensive sylvan they came up wit 3 lineups that can only be used to attack and nothing else. I mean for gods sake the Troglodyte is the only tank unit untill you get the Hydra and only IF you choose them.
And the closest thing we have to a caster is the medusa and that has no buisness in dungeon. The total lack of casters is something I never could have imagined, but thanks to this every other unit has to have a debuff passive ability. Great. Now every time a unit farts it has 50% chance to cast Weakness on their pants.

So, I was never fond of troglodytes and medusas, even less now since medusas are supposed to be nagas, and I love Manticores and Unicorns but dont really like Faceless? Who do I vote for?

Compared to Sylvan and Haven, Blade From the Shadow would have 2 teleporters, 1 melee flyer and a shooter. That is way more effective with flanking and town battles than either of the previously mentioned factions

I hope this is the last voting Ubisoft ever proposes because we convinced ourselves that most of the fans are nothing but pure idiots.

All voting so far confirms it.

@Stormcaller
The fact that somebody have a completely different opinion than you doesn't make him/her an idiot.

Stop complaining guys! Finally somebody listens to us all and what we do? We only complain. It's pathetic... We should criticize but it should also be followed by some constructive ideas.

Moderator note: Stormcaller I'm giving you a warning now, because I just had to clean the other Dungeon thread of posts started by you which directly went against the requests made by the moderator team regarding not baiting other members into starting unwanted discussions, and now you make another post here which goes against another rule we have established earlier, namely not referring to other members or groups of members as "idiots" or similar terms just because you disagree with their voting behaviour. You are allowed to post arguments as to why you disagree with other members, but further posts that just goes to provoke or talk badly about other members will be penalized.

I think we're in a bit of a gray zone here ... Yes, they listen to us, but only by giving us choices between different options where neither of them match our wishes. Maybe that does make me ungrateful, but I do feel justified in complaining. I don't understand why they didn't simply go for the obvious choice if they really wanted to listen to us: Pick three cores from the entire group, pick three elites from the entire group, and pick two champions from the group. Choices would be:

Cores:
- Troglodyte
- Assassin
- Stalker
- Skirmisher
- Shadow Lurker

Elite:
- Minotaur
- Medusa
- Strider
- Nightmare
- Faceless
- Manticore

Champion:
- Faceless
- Hydra
- Black Dragon

Yeah, yeah. Apologies.

And I think we can savely say that shield will lose. I doubt blade can lose with it's 31% so it's gonna be balance vs offense.

Btw, what colours would you like to see primarily in dungeon? I'd like troglodytes to be mix of red/green, perhaps brown.

Minotaurs should be either grey, or perhaps black? No idea on others, just less purple.

Troglodytes should wear purple uniform. Minotaurs should sunbathe in purple sunscreen. And every Dark Elf and Faceless should dye their hair purple.

Opinions/ideas

First, to Alcibiades- agree they should've allowed us to pick our favored creatures from a "pool", but 3 possible line-ups choice I think is easier for the developer.

Also, IMHO Striders and constructs in general don't fit Dungeon's theme, as I view the Faceless/Dark Elf Sorcerers more as craftsmen of flesh as opposed to inanimate matter, monster as opposed to golem creators like the Academy's Wizards (who are also monster-creators, but less nowdays). What I would do is make Striders neutrals, and possibly the guardian creatures of a Shantiri Ruins treasure building, maybe alongside other "exotic" constructs like Crystal Dragons (which could be the foundation for a returned Shantiri faction for an expansion pack). That's my dream Dungeon line-up, most similar to the current Shield of Darkness:

Core
Assassin (replaces Stalker, has strike-and-return)
Troglodyte
Lurker

Elite
Minotaur
Hydra (replaces Strider)
Manticore

Champion
Black Dragon
Faceless (replaces Hydra, spellcaster)

Look at it from different angle. You make such voting and people have to choose which lineup they like the most. First of all, this would make voting unclear and inneficient due to (drums, please) 40800 combinations possible (acvording to alcibaldes's list) (there may have been a mistake, for which I apologise. I despise combinatorics). Also, giving such variety of choices is simply to big and, if result won't be desired, flame wars would be bloodier than in case of already prepared sets.
In situation which is present now, however, the majority would be assuaged, not only some small fraction of voters.

First, I am really surprised not to see Grim Riders at all... they were even hinted in that "Meet a Dungeon" post.
Second, I just want to ask you guys can we expect to get pictures of all of these creatures in the upcoming days?
And to moderators. You should really ban that chauvinist dude, whit a Wood Elf flair, Jermiah?!!!!

I also don't think that alcibiades suggestion is good, we could end up with 5 shooters for example...
