HOMM3 problems
I'm trying to install HOMM 3 Complete, but NOTHING works. Copying everything to disc, making it install in "xp sp2". The install file just wont pop up no matter what I do. Any help?

Why do you copy it on your disc in the first place? The installer should be run from a CD, it can have some fixed paths pointing to the CD, not to your disc.

Because it didnt work on the cd at all.

What exactly is it that happens when you insert the disc ?
Also, which OS are you using ?

Absolutly nothing. I press the setup, and... NOthing. And I use the beta os of W10

I know nothing about the beta of W10 but usually you insert CD and clic install.. Even though I never installed it I know there was a workaround to make it work in W8.

That's true, but the workaround doesn't work in W10. Or at least the workarounds I know about

Did you try using GOG version of Heroes 3 Complete?

Bought it about and hour ago, works perfectly. Just dont understand why it's such an issue with the CD version..

I guess it is the fault of Windows 10. Their compatibility is not their strongest point  Anyway, I'm glad that you solved the issue

Hello guys Im having a problem with my HOMM 3, hero movement...
When ever I press place for my hero to move to, he stops after few steps, he just doesn't complete the command.
For example, I double click the mouse so he goes 7 steps, he goes only 4 and stops...
Here is the example, I pressed for him to go 5 steps, he stopped immediately after 1 step...

It never happened before, and now happens non stop...
Does anyone has any idea what could be the problem?

Try to change your mouse. Maybe its left button is broken.

I did had problems with left mouse button input lag in "dont starve", as soon as I changed that primary button is right button game worked fine.
I tried to change mouse settings for left handed people, which makes right button to be primary, I entered the game and I had same problem.
I even disabled my touchpad...
I do not however have any problems with it in any other games...

If I understood correctly, you are playing on a laptop with a mouse. Did you try to play with touchopad with mouse removed? The thing you describe does not sound as Heroes 3 bug to me.

FIXED! At least for now!
It had to so something with touchpade palm sensitivity, it got fixed when I lowered my touch pad sensitivity to 0
Now both mouse and touchpad work properly and movement in Heroes is fluid as it should be
