ICTC 8 - Summit
Summit - Summit is a faction composed of the garuda and their allies. They are worshipers of Ylath. One thing to know about garudas is that about 90% of them doesn't have wings. The ones that do, called the Suparnas, are very powerful. Some witnesses claimed a Suparna took out one of Malassa's daughters with ease.
Garudas are the mortal enemies of nagas. They've been at war since their story of creation. They live in the Four Mountains. It's located south of Ranaar. The Four Mountains is composed of Longwei Mountain, Byakkotai Mountain, Kunlun Mountain and Feather Mountain. Each has its own powerful creature: Azure Dragon, White Tiger, Black Tortoise and Vermillion Bird.

I must give you, that Summit (China) vs Sanctuary (Japan) is a great idea, but remember that sanctuary is considered a good faction. Also, please atleast try to balance the genders a little...

The Panda idea is kinda off... And the Hermit as an Elite doesn't make much sense in my opinion. Also, you could find much better units to add instead of pegasus.
Keep trying to balance it out

Actually, I think the three mentioned units quite interesting. I would make on eof these (probablythe pegasus) a ridden unit, though.

They are interesting but i don't know if they fit the theme so much, mainly Pegasus that is mostly Greek. Maybe a Chinese flying unit would be more preferable. Also, if the panda could be made to be beastmen, maybe they'd add up more.
