I've thought about diving into these, was going to start with number six but I feel like I should play h2 campaign again to get into the world and what not

its a good game. just there becomes a point were its gets easy cos of a new weapon type and the ending just a bit odd (for a new player of that series its really unexpected. Thought its hard until the ending and worth giving ago.

And of course, once completed, the mod Chaos Conspiracy should be installed and the game replayed. 3 new difficulty levels, a lot of new monsters, new lands, all skills redesigned, a whole new adventure. Moreover, with Grayface lua scripts, you will be able to play solo character, with custom skills configuration.

Could u find a link of that mod for me? sounds quite good cos I played game thru twice but I did not play after that. would be good to play again with a toally different concept of it

Even if many people like VII more, VI was, is, and will be my favorite. Its qualitie are not in the story as much but in the world and its oppenness. You literely can go wherever you want from the start of the game, if you can survive the area.
Later games gave a structure to the character development and implemented some limits, but this game.. IDK... It's like the H2 of the strategy series for me. It has its charm, that some might not cach on to.
