A man is accused of doing terroristic threats and owning an illegal rifle. His laywer explains his hate crime by saying he watched one week straight of fox news.

then the guy belongs in a mental institution, obviously. anyone that easily led does not need access to weapons of any kind.

Problem is, he's American. Way too easy for anyone to stockpile guns, regardless of mental capacity, or lack thereof.
