The problem is the version of Yona you're using. It really messes you up in the early part of this map, because of the two big dwarf stacks you have to fight early. The problem is that Yona gives Dwarves something called "crushing blows" that reduce the AA's defense. So the same hits do more and more damage over time.

For me it's crashing in the first fight.
I also get and error when clicking on the first screen on the mini map
at line 1040, here:

Can I edit this map or it will stop working? I don't like the idea of Christian starting with so many skills and so much experience. I'm pretty sure I'll end up with a better hero if I remove the experience.

Actually your main hero starts with -150 000 experience, he has negative exp. You got some install issues. There is no Christian either. That is the SoD version.

This map still has it. He is just near the second town and has 4 SS, 3 Adv. 1(Earth) Expert and 10k Exp, so he will inevitably learn new SSs on his own and I don't expect nothing good coming from a Knight.
But I already got some of those errors for not finding objects, so I bet I'll have the same problem then with TEW III, where if you correct a misspelling on a message the custom objects all stop working.

Should never happen, something is wrong in how you handle the mods, or their order in mod manager, something like that.
Anyway, maps with a dat file, like TEW3 and TEW2 (tew2.dat), will work only on a specific ERA version. I hope you loaded the dat file before playing, it contains the proper wog settings.

I did even if, after some trials, I've changed a few things like, adding the Henchman and Castle Upgrading (the hell I'm gonna pay thousands of gems for one more Archangels growth...).

You can edit whatever you want, just don't come after and say is not working. Such maps are duly tested and offer quality game play under very specific settings.

Sorry to say but if I believed that I would stick to the amazing (easier) versions of a bunch of HotA maps I've already succeeded to make.
Why do you think I watch so avidly streams of custom maps? It's because it avoids me the trouble of finding it's a map where you start with 1 peasant and if you even give the hero a Magic Arrow it will screw a large part of it.
I like to play in God's Mode, deal with it.

Hey, it is not me criticizing your way to play, it's you complaining my maps aren't fitting your style. So what's the fuss, just play other maps, there are plenty.
About streaming, not every map is suitable to. Streamers use maps made by others, to make money for their profit and gather viewers. They always play such maps only once - so if the map is not so easy and require replay for optimizing, they will inevitably butcher it, understandable. It took me, what, 20 times restarting Paragon or Wayfarer until I was satisfied with progress and had a chance to complete them.
Occasional streaming viewers don't enjoy mental challenges, they want action, tons of. So not all maps are optimal for streaming.

The only thing that is crashing right now is a conflict between your levels and the Karmic Battles option and I'm ok with leaving those aside, since battles are more then difficult enough and the basic reward is already quite good so I don't need the Brute's ability, much less multiply it with the karmic battles. I love them though.

How do you start this scenario with newer Era? I use your era from google drive and TEW II doesn't work no matter how many mods I disable. It hints there's an error at row 331 of scripte "53 - wog options"

Did you browse before starting game in wog options, then pick tew2.dat file?
Please show me a screen of your mods, order and all.

You basically need this, with WoG and wog scripts at bottom :
In your settings, there are no wog scripts, so the map can't read any.
