What about my language? That name sounds a bit creepy, that's all. Segadora almost went for Secadora, which generally implies to 'dryer', hair dryer.

This game looks like drawn by children for children, to quote someone.
Wtf is with that gay Sand... *ahem* Alejandro? So after h7 they made, Chinese game #3245 set in the old universe, Might and Magic: Shutdown and this, it looks like they certainly aren't milking the franchise at all. Come on ubi, only 3 games in 2 years? You could have pumped out at least 10! Hire more students for unpaid internships, it's like you aren't ubi at all!

It's funny because he's a gay fictional skeleton emo guy and he still has gotten more pussy than you.
Anyway, i might give it a try but i generally dislike this type of games. Are there dark elf creatures?

Old universe Sandro was cool, Alejandro is lame.
Old Sandro was:
* a giant floating skull on Xeen
* fighting Tarnum the knight in Hell
* a lich warlock in Heroes I
* a lieutenant of Archibald in Heroes II
* the badass mother****er we know in Heroes III
* ... just a shadow of his former self in Heroes IV
* the new supreme leader of the necromantic order in Might and Magic VIII
New Sandro is:
* a way to milk more money for some low-quality maps in H6
* a plot device in Shades of Purple
* a gay Harry Potter in the newest Ashan-Ubi cash-grab
edit: Just tortured myself by watching that video. My conclusion is that's just a cheap rip-off of creature quest.
Both games:
* revolve around collecting creatures
* have a party system
* have stylized and cutesy graphics
* you summon creatures with idols/soulstones
* have an energy system
* have an adventure map
* you upgrade creatures
* every creature has an element associated with it
Please our lord and saviour, JVC, smite the Erwin heathen with a lawsuit that would even make GW be proud of. Amen.

I don't get the Ashan Sandro hate. Isn't he a pretty well done character? Well, his appearance in this one is particularly strange, but funnily enough he's not even too out of character.

I'm just saying it's common/casual use and is not attacking people for their sexual orientation around 99% of the time, I even have gay friends using it. I get the sensibility but wouldn't make a case out of it.
But if you guys want to debate about this, I suggest the OSM or something, I wouldn't want this poor thread to grow thanks to off-topics.

I don't remember back in H5, but was Sandro there? Or he just popped back into existing in that H6 expansion? Was he a human then? I mean, human with flesh on bones.

He is mentioned in Lucretia's bio and his "death" was mentioned in one of the town bios. In H6's he's already bones. He shows up with skin in Heroes Online iirc but it was an illusion.

Heroes 5 - Mentioned as Markal's and Lucretia's mentor, slain by Cyrus prior to events of the game, with his spirit said to still linger around Lorekeep
Heroes 6 - Mentioned in the base game as a former, exiled member of House Eterna. Appears and plays a huge role in Danse Macabre and the Necropolis campaign of Shades of Darkness, as main protagonist and antagonist respectively. Expansions also introduced the Order of the Void.
Heroes Online - Once again appears and plays a huge role in the game's events as the main antagonist.
Duel of Champions - Doesn't seem to make a direct appearance, but his Order of the Void is heavily involved.
Heroes 7 - Only mentioned now and then. I'm actually not sure if there's any mentions at all besides Giovanni bringing him up in Blood Pact scenario and Shadow Council blog post.
