Forum Discussion: Foods that turn your poop strange colors
Super Greens, by Country Farms
Green powdered substance:
A combination of fruits and veggies, kale, barley, arugula, algae, wheat grass, aloe vera, and probiotics (bacteria).
Started taking it mixed in with my ultra protein whey powder and some sort of juice, preferably pineapple/coconut since the potent juice overpowers the flavor. The resulting mix looks like this:
This will make your poop green. I don't mean a greenish brown tint. I mean leprechaun poop imported directly from Hybernia. Bright green. I'm not sure what ingredient dies the interior of the bowels but I think it's the blue-green algae that does it.

Maybe it is the wheat grass.
It's literally almost florescent green. The first time it happened I thought I was dying until it occurred to me it was probably my new mutant super powder.

I have paprika as the main base spice for most of my broths, so my poop not only comes out like lava it smells sweet and red.
