Better yet improve the rewards for achieving high tower scores so you have an incentive to do well. The difference between 1% and 20-30% is not large enough to justify the effort it takes.

It is the exact same rewards as before except for a certain player named 'Phoenix', he gets a colored one instead.

So being a noob I have to ask for help on passing floor 50. Any special tricks or team builds that are needed for it?

No particular trick required, you need to watch out not to die from explosion of cuteness from fairy dragon (bring a strong nuke to kill it fast, stun) and sacred fire from the Angel (cleanser).
