What's the best quest for farming runestones and ankhs? Do I just have to farm the Grand Wish quest and hope it's the right element for my creatures? Also which quest has the most/best market vendors around?

Ankhs - Grand Wish quests on Lord difficulty. For 100% survival stat you wil get rewards x2 = 2 colourful ankhs.
Also Lord Wish quests are very good source for Sigils.
