If it's not too late, I'd advise to make the whole building more cylindrical. It seems more original and interesting to me than another cube-like structure like in Castle, Inferno, Stronghold and Necropolis. Just a thought.

Gonna do that for testing then

I like that design but keep in mind it needs higher contrast to fit in with H3 style in the map. As is looks more like the H4 graphical style.

I like the newer version much better, for reasons mentioned before. I think it suits your town better, too. It is called "ruins", after all.

Nice, but the work is blurry, for some reason.

The tower itself is blurry but overall it's gorgeous. The problem is, the differences between further stages are almost insignificant.

For Fort, I'd leave the stone keep and the gate on the left, but no walls, or just fragments.
For Citadel, the walls are necessary, the battlement on the keep would also be a nice touch.
For Castle, I'd add another store to two tower on the sides of the keep. A banner hung somewhere could drive it home.

I'm unsure. A blurry starting image doesn't always come out optimal when sharpened; it depends on how the pixels in the image were first saved/formatted.

Why is the creation blurry? Is it because of the texture used, or because of how it was captured/transferred?

now that i'm not viewing this on my phone, i see where the problem lies. you'll need to refine your initial work unless you want a blurry image. the model shape and layout is great(), but the texture/definition is blurred.

First of all great to see this mod goes on!

Yes I agree with fred79. The texture is blurry.

Maybe some references from Ubisoft's HD Edition can help you how the texture should look?
Castle
Dungeon
Rampart

Dungeon and Rampart are really good references.

EDIT:

Hmm... I also think there should be more differences between Fort, Citadel and Castle stages. Especially Fort and Citadel are too similar.

I will redo the model, thinking on texture. And, gonna hand paint instead just trying balance materials. Soon i came back
