I ate Xmas meal. But yesterday I made a meal to my family.
List:
1 carrots
1 onions
1 leeks
1 red peppers
100g pieapples
2dl creams
700g chicken with honey marinades
spice
chicken seasoning
curry
chicken stock
All families said good, delicious
Ok today's pea soup in xmas ham.

Sirloin steak, rubbed with garlic and Cajun seasoning and baked. Garden rotini pasta boiled in flounder/chicken broth with coconut oil, mascerpone cheese, butter, shallots, and peas.
Yes, I mixed chicken broth with beef, and I apologize for nothing.

Speaking of creme fraiche. I recently made my own with whipping cream and buttermilk and left it sit in the oven overnight. It didn’t appear to do anything by the next morning and I almost threw it out but sat it on the counter instead. I shared some choice language. However... that evening it was nice and thick and delicious.
I thought maybe all the bacteria in the buttermilk had kicked the bucket. I probably should have just warmed it up some to speed up the process. The buttermilk was refrigerated so all the critters were taking a nap. Anyway, the moral of the story is that all bacteria deserve a 2nd chance in life.
Next time I make creme fraiche I’m going to put it in pasta. If I didn't restrain myself I could simply scoop it up with a spoon and eat it.

Pork & sauerkraut in the crockpot. Cooked with yellow onion and ambrosia apples on top. Dumplings boiled in the crockpot juices.
Homemade chocolate pudding, made with avocado & banana.
Boston Lager. Or two.
The pork totally calls for fresh pineapple on the side, but I am pineappleless. Reduces meal to 9/10.
