Monere, you played Heroes 3 for so long and you don't know Reclamation is a map? Strange. 
And as for the poll, the Shackles are nice but still not nicer than expert town portal. The Well is kind of "meh" compared to those two.

Well, neither did I - but in my defense, I usually only play the campaigns.
Oh and with respect to the Well: are you considering it in the game as developed by 3DO/NWC or the Phoenix edition?

I also play just random now, but that's because I played the original maps too much. 
Maurice: I mean the original game wizard's well. I don't play with mods too much nowadays.

With normal TP I feel I already won the game when I learn Advanced Town Portal, at least VS AI. The game becomes so extremely easy, that it feels pointless to continue playing. That's why I changed it.
I wish TP worked in another way, for example:
Unskilled/Basic: Nearest town.
Advanced: Pick between 2 closest towns.
Expert: Pick between 3 closest towns.
I can think of an acceptable soft nerf for TP. Maybe it should be lvl5 instead of Implosion (or the 3rd lvl5 spell for Earth).

@Gatecrasher But that would mean Castle (and Cove in HotA) can't learn TP and it would also mess with spell probabilities.
@Maurice You should not cencern yourself with "Phoenix edition", when I make these stupid topics it is always in regards to SoD/HotA.
Forgot to mention that TP should also always be only 1 cast per day.

I think he rather mocked you on your mod/edition, even if Maurice moderates the wog section, I doubt he recalls there IS actually a Phoenix mod, Bersy production. But more power to you for being such a cultivated fan !

Of course Maurice recalls there is a "Phoenix mod", he has also helped me out countless times in the How to edit HotA thread. (Thanks Maurice!)
If he was mocking me, he would not be a very good moderator, but as it turns out he is an excellent moderator.

Then Rangers and Beastmasters can't learn it. 
Instead Dimension Door could be only 1 cast per day and Fire Magic, Air Magic already has Fly.
