Maximum Movement Points

Hello I'm doing some tests in H3 HotA, I'm curious how much Movement points you can get. I'm trying to create ultimate scout hero with minimum effort. Everything is based on http://heroes.thelazy.net/wiki/Movement

1. Skills or without skills
2. Terrain type
3. Artifacts
4. Special buildings

1.As far my Hero Kyrre LVL 1 with 1 Phoenix (I know over 11 speed its still 2000 movement points)
Specialty Logistics - 5% per level
Expert Logistics +30% movement points.
Basic +10% -2210 [LVL 1]
Advanced +20% -2420 [LVL 1]
Expert +30% -2630 [LVL 1]
Expert Scouting - does not affect movement points.
Expert Pathfinding - penalty reduced by 75% on rough terrain. It seems that Pathfinding doesn't work at any type of road.

Standard Hero LVL 01 NO LOGISTIC Skill has 2000 points

At LVL 01  Kyrre BASIC has 2210 points.
At LVL 05  Kyrre BASIC has 2250 points.
At LVL 10  Kyrre BASIC has 2300 points.
At LVL 15  Kyrre BASIC has 2349 points.

At LVL 01  Kyrre ADVANCED has 2420 points.
At LVL 05  Kyrre ADVANCED has 2500 points.
At LVL 10  Kyrre ADVANCED has 2600 points.
At LVL 15  Kyrre ADVANCED has 2699 points.

At LVL 01  Kyrre EXPERT has 2630 points.
At LVL 05  Kyrre EXPERT has 2750 points.
At LVL 10  Kyrre EXPERT has 2900 points.
At LVL 15  Kyrre EXPERT has 3050 points.

At LVL 60 Kyrre has 4800 points at grass without any artifacts...
My mistake LVL 60 Kyrre has 4400 points without artifacts.

4. I tried every single fountain, oasis etc building:
Fountain of Youth +400
Oasis +800
Watering Hole +400
Mineral Spring +600
Rally Flag +400
Stables +400
Watering Place +1000 Next day
I don't think that i miss any of those buildings.

Kyrre LVL 60 has 8000 move points at this moment.

3. Artifacts seems fun at this moment
Boots of Speed +600
Equestrian's Gloves +300

Summary Kyrre LVL 60 has 8900 movement points ... It doesn't matter if you first wear artifacts or gather movement points result is simple 8900
At LVL 74 Kyrre max is 9320  can finally say
It's Over 9000!

2. I will focus on roads
Cobblestone road 50% cost of movement
Gravel road 65% cost of movement
Dirt road 75% cost of movement

At LVL 01  Kyrre BASIC 44 tiles
At LVL 05  Kyrre BASIC 45 tiles
At LVL 10  Kyrre BASIC 46 tiles
At LVL 15  Kyrre BASIC 46 tiles

At LVL 01  Kyrre ADVANCED 48 tiles
At LVL 05  Kyrre ADVANCED 50 tiles
At LVL 10  Kyrre ADVANCED 52 tiles
At LVL 15  Kyrre ADVANCED 53 tiles

At LVL 01  Kyrre EXPERT 52 tiles
At LVL 05  Kyrre EXPERT 55 tiles
At LVL 10  Kyrre EXPERT 58 tiles

Each diagonal move costs 70 movement points - and it's fixed, no matter if Hero has Logistic & Pathfinding skills at any level

At LVL 10  Kyrre BASIC 35 tiles
At LVL 15  Kyrre BASIC 36 tiles

Each diagonal move costs 91 movement points - and it's fixed, no matter if Hero has Logistic & Pathfinding skills at any level

At LVL 01  Kyrre BASIC 29 tiles
At LVL 05  Kyrre BASIC 30 tiles
At LVL 10  Kyrre BASIC 30 tiles
At LVL 15  Kyrre BASIC 31 tiles

At LVL 01  Kyrre ADVANCED 32 tiles
At LVL 05  Kyrre ADVANCED 33 tiles
At LVL 10  Kyrre ADVANCED 34 tiles
At LVL 15  Kyrre ADVANCED 35 tiles

At LVL 01  Kyrre EXPERT 35 tiles
At LVL 05  Kyrre EXPERT 36 tiles
At LVL 10  Kyrre EXPERT 38 tiles
At LVL 15  Kyrre EXPERT 40 tiles

Each diagonal move costs 106 movement points - and it's fixed, no matter if Hero has Logistic & Pathfinding skills at any level

Question nr 1.
Expert Pathfinding reduces rough terrain movement cost by 75%
Rough Terrain movement cost = 125%
Does it means rough terrain movement costs is equal to 50% ?
Or E.Pathfinding reduces cost to 93,75%?
I neglecting existance of Wayfarer's Boots - it remove's any purpose of pathfinding skill ... just NO.

he edited his post 56 times, at first it was a question on how to get more movement, thus CountBezuhoff wrote the cheat code, I loled, then the OP edited all again so now we look fools.

Yes and No,

This is a part of topic i decided to create. I do not have completed it yet, everything is raw. It takes a lot of time to test every level of ever skill at every level of hero at every ground type. What you see here took about 5 hours of my time today.

It's not a guide, it never become a guide.
It's not a solution of any kind.

I hope this topic someday become a help for players who are looking for answers. And yes Logistic Specialty it's OP

Well that's nice I guess, I hope some people might find it useful.
The important thing to know, is that Dessa, Gunnar and Kyrre can run freaking fast though.
And hopefully you got something out of your research as well.

I sympathize. Had you use Era/WoG + trainer mod, it would have taken 10 minutes for all calculations.

It's Standard HotA latest update i guess 1.5.4

Era II - I never tried this addon mostly, because I'm afraid of being weakest part of chain. There is so many things that can go wrong during installation of mods. One overwrites another and so on... game does not launch.
