GTA 6 needs magic powers.
I'm thinking a saints row presedential rip off GTA could use power jumps and stuff.
Maybe some chain lightning to boost jump elevation while nuking streets with chain lightning. Yes yeah cool it's not fire but waters cool yeah haha I'm not Beavis but my left brain identifies.
Regardless.
In saints row 4 or 5 maybe you play as the president and you have super powers.

You should be able to assemble ARUMAGGEDON SU BURAIDO in a secret underground lab and have a portable nuclear bomb detonator which also protects you from any harm caused by the bomb.
Also able to jump on and off sky-scrappers at will, snipe stuff like squirrels from kilometers away, accidentally launch your car into space just because there was cigarette on the road and crash the ground if you're body fat weights enough. It could lead to a meta of provoking earthquakes though.
