Help required with multiplayer
Hey folks, so my sister and I have been playing Heroes 3 SOD multiplayer, using random maps.
Now I want to introduce her to WOG/ERA and a few mods on top.
I've been struggling with it a lot.
First, it doesn't want to generate a random map in WOG. It says Could not create a random map that fits the choices. Here:
I went to look for playing multiplayer in normal maps and it looks like the game crashes with most of them. Here are the mods I'm using:
I had to disable the Usain Bolt since it threw errors every turn and after every battle. And leveled up after every battle. Very odd.
And Glory of War is a cool mod, but I suspected it did something bad...
Could you please suggest a bunch of maps with not much plot and not many scripts that we could use for hotseat 2-player games? Where can I download maps like that in an archive? I appreciate maps4heroes and other sites, but they don't let you download a bunch of maps at once, unfortunately.

Your mod order is wrong.
WoG and Platform mods must be first (low in the list).
You could update to the new ERA 3, but I cannot guarantee that all the mods you currently have will still work. So it is up to you.

I have played hotseat successfully on ERA 2 and 3, so both works.

Can you please also show me where I can download like a buuunch of maps?
Oh, also, another question! How do I make the game to have English interface, but still display Russian characters when they are present in maps?
