In the spirit of transparency, I wanted to inform you all that I have lifted Gigel_the_Skel's temporary silence after conferring with the other moderators and gathering information. So you know, I did reach out to Gigel's account when I put the silence in place to get some information on the authenticity of the account, but Gigel was unfamiliar with the HCM feature apparently. This was the explanation for the why it took several days to resolve the issue.
EDIT: I also want to apologize for accusing Kip of creating a 2nd account before I had enough information to make an informed conclusion. We've talked about it privately, but you all deserve to see that I own up to my mistakes when I make them. Consider my crow eaten.
