Oi veterans!
 I am so happy this place is still ... alive!
i wonder who remmbers the joy we had back in the day some 15-14 years ago on those forums?
I am mostly well.
I have a big family, a wife, 4 kids (fifth is due in three weeks), two dogs and cat.
I have my own buisness, i work in H&S sphare as a freelancer.
also studying 3d modeling and unreal coding as an extra skill.
but recently was diagonosed with MS.
how are you doing, those who are from my time?

i'm not from your time, but it sounds like your life is awesome. congratulations. 
edit: i somehow missed the one line that describes your life having a hiccup in the otherwise upward trajectory of it. i apologize for that, and hope things work out for you.

Very strong community. I didnt use HC in 2006 but I was played Heroes 3 in these days :0))) And I saw these nick some times in old posts. Good luck.

From 15-14 years ago I remember enjoying the spring time of my life... that was when I joined HC too, but I'm still no veteran compared to others.

Funny I was just browsing the forum on a bit of a nostalgia trip, got to be at least 15 years since I last posted here regularly, I doubt there's even anyone left who'd remember me haha.
I have found that most forums have died a death over the years, even if they're still going, the off topic stuff where I spent most of my time even then tends to be pretty quiet. I used to regularly post on a civfanatics forum which had an excellent world history section. Back in the day there would be 5 new threads a day and a whole page of new replies. I just checked out of interest and half the posts on the most recent page are a year or more old now.
I guess people have moved onto social media and get a lot of their forum kicks from Reddit these days. Still good to see some of the old forums like this one kicking around though
