Perhaps this is the farewell
Well, its been a fun while, everyone. I hardly knew ye, but I didn't want to abandon this community with a "whatever happened to NimoStar" disappearance.
And it's not that I leave the forum, but rather this world.
Now, there has been s story of people having dramatic exits here only for nothing to happen. I assure you this is not done in order to attract attention but solely to bring closure for those who may need it (not necessarily excluding myself)
Of course, not even I myself know yet if this will come to happen. They say that only so-called "God" knows for certain the time of our deaths.
Optionally how to honor my memory:
- Do a H4 total conversion with fully new creatures and towns. Come on! Replacing creature and town graphics is easy now, eve without adding new, you can retire the existing ones.
-- More working plugins and extended H4 modding would be nice...
- Bring back Resistance skill to HotA. Goddamit.
- Uprising against your technocratic overlords. Cyber-zombie dystopia Forge was a cool idea on paper for a game, but it doesn't have to happen in real life as well.
¨* Ironically, several people have reported in the past that the "thumbs up" which I am using as an icon actually meant death in roman gladiatorial games. It symbolizes an unsheathed sword. Time will tell its meaning here.

Nothing good ever comes from suicide.
We have to stay here and fight like true warriors and watch where this crazy world is headed.
I have considered taking my life several times in the past, but it would only bring pain and misery to those around you.

Problem is, no one knows whether the next world will be a better one (there being none at all might actually be some comfort for those suffering from excrutiating pain one way or another).
So consider whether there are other drastic changes possible that may do the trick.

What Phoenix4ever said, as well as JJ about the drastic changes (though I didn't think of committing suicide). If that's the case, you're just playing in their hands.
I'm not really good with farewells, but well, I can say that I will miss you and that this was both expected and unexpected, in different ways. Did the secret services set their eyes upon you or something?
Also, interesting use of Forge for a metaphor like that, which if I got it right, I agree with (though Forge itself was much, much blander).
And I won't call it a crap farewell if you do actually "come back" (or well, more like don't commit suicide if that's the case), given the context. As crappy as they might seem in works of art, people do welcome happy, even if silly or seemingly naive endings in their life.

I am not sure what you mean, but I fear it may be suicide.
If that is the case, I want to state that it is never the answer. Ok, that is a cliché, for sure, but nowadays, almost everything illness, be it from the body or the mind, can be cured. Maybe you can write down that is steering your thoughts in such a dark direction so that we can give another perspective on it.

If you whack yourself, you'll burn in hell, every major religion says so.
Also thumbs down means death. thumbs up in the context of gladiatorial combat meant that the gladiator lives to fight another day, meaning his skill had pleased the crowd, both plebean and citizen alike.

Worry you aren't waiting for my SWB is ready. But we remember your MOD and one H4 minimap, thus we love you.. I hope you will back here to say wtf bots  I don't like some leaves here.. Why? One lesser chat buddy.. So HC could be boring place.. Maybe I'm minority.. My culture is different..

Have you even read what he wrote? It may be a terminal illness. If so, I don't know what to say. I just hate this world for its imperfection. Well, hate and love simultaneously. But, as time passes, it gets harder to love it. Maybe this is how the nature prepares us to the final journey. If you don't love life anymore, it's easier to forget about it. Actually, I'm in depression myself, so I think I understand what he was trying to say.
