Depends on who you're up against really. Mighty gorgon is an anti lvl 7 creature, otherwise bad stats. The sea witches are great supports when you split them, lowering defense while overall great ranged dps too. But the sandworms are huge when it comes to sheer damage if you have a powerstack with them, the whole creature is the core of early-mid game Factory I think.
