Fangarms
I was wandering if Magic Plains increase the effectiveness of Fangarms.
Since it is a spell which has Basic/Advanced/Expert level - it should.
https://heroes.thelazy.net/index.php/Hypnotize
The difference between Advanced and Expert:
Advanced effect
Target, enemy troop of less than (20 + (power x 25)) health is put under your control.
Expert effect
Target, enemy troop of less than (50 + (power x 25)) health is put under your control.
This indicates that on Magic Plains (Cause all spells to be cast at expert level, regardless of the heroes' skills. This includes both adventure spells and combat spells as well as spells cast by creatures and some of magic creature abilities.) so same amount of Fangarms should be able to hypnotize even higher stacks on this terrain then what would be the normal limit (*in this case hero's spell power is not taken into account only number of the fangarm stack)

Maybe not, but my point was, does it really matter?
It's like asking if Implosion does 5040 or 5070 damage.

The 30 HP difference would be massive, since that's what you get per unit. However, the reason why it doesn't matter is simply the fact that despite playing despite active playing, I'm not so sure if I will ever come across a situation where this matters. The magic plains or similar enviroment are extremely rare, and since Fangrams aren't part of any town, they're only very rarely included to the player's army. Having a situation where these two elements meet, and it would make the battle outcome at least somewhat different would likely be a once a in lifetime experience.

@Hourglass
Are you sure it would be +30 HP per Fangarm? I read it as +30 HP in total, but I'm not sure.
But as you said, you need Fangarms and you need magic plains and for both of these two rare elements to come together is very situational at best.

I've done some testing: even after 5 iterations I haven't found any difference (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O7Xouvz_jOk)
-When the number of enemy is bigger they don't hypno on neither fields; so it doesn't seem to boost them.
-the number of creatures fighting in the video is arbitrary, I haven't done the math... but the numbers seem to be close enough
