What to do when you are sad?
hi..
Some days I am sad, and nothing is fun. What should I do? And some days I am happy and smiling and everything is fun.. and it has correlation to girls.
but.. is there something non-girl related that can be done when u r sad to make u happy? I think I will try playing a game, but I dunno.

2) Dance round your bedroom in your knickers/ boxers
3) Throw heavey things
4) Hit a punchbag

when i'm sad I go to my parents or my in-laws or just bug the hell out of gootchie 
Or i phone my brother or just cry and scream that sure helps..and walking the doggie is also very therapeutic

When I'm sad I try to imagine being dead and having everyone else feel sorry for me because I'm dead. And then, according to my imagination, I watch them mope around and never, ever get on with their lives because they're in too much pain.
Either that, or I slap my wife--that always makes me feel better.

When I'm sad, I just yell at everyone until I realise I'm pi$$ed off. I usually don't get sad, not to say cry, because it's a waste of time crying. Usually, i just get nervous, take my backpack and go somewhere where it's quiet, just me, myself and my thoughts.

hmmmm maybe im alcoholic
when im sad i drink and talk with my friends..... lets say everyday im sad maybe i dont know the meaning of my pity exist but bjorn remember.... when you are sad you find the time to think only yourself... and this time maybe could be the most important time of your life.. you can decide something you want in heart...
btw.... when im sad i drink and think... where i did the mistake???

It takes a lot to make me sad. I'm too much of a good nature. If I'm sad, I usually take a nap and I'm OK. If that doesn't work, I just drive around, listening to music and everything gets fixed.

Whenever I am sad, I tend to write poetry and songs and play them on my guitar to express my depressed emotions.

When I'm sad I slip on a sexy stage outfit..pick up my microphone(closest object) turn up the music and dance and sing to a crowd of milliions...boy do I rock lol....

Well usually I isolate myself in my room I dont say a word & hold it in.
I play on com or listen to music.
I try to read butI dont think isolation is a good thang LL no.

A good way is to talk to friends and/or get together and do something. If u dont have good friends, go to the zone and launch a fun 2v2 game. Preferbly with "talkactive" players!
